Summary: Romance and Adventure.
Review: Although a little predictable, this was one of the most entertaining films I've seen in a long time. Harrison Ford and Anne Heche (beautiful) were a perfect cast for this film. Handsome and middleage vs beautiful and young. Scenery was magificent (how can you spoil Kauai?) The music score was exciting as well. I have seen virtually all of Harrison Ford's movies. Ms. Heche was quite a surprise. I have seen some of her previous works and she was good. But after seeing this movie, I'm sure she will be very sought after . She is beautiful as well as a very good actress. I'm a romantic, so I enjoy movies of this type.

Review: This is NOT one of Harrison Ford's best films. I feel that he lowered himself to take this role. No way can this film be compared to Patriot Games or Clear and Present Danger as far as one of Harrison Ford's great films. This show was so stupid that it was very sad to associate such a great actor as Harrison Ford with this waste of film. It doesn't suprise me with Ann Heche in this film. A poor actress for a poor film. Don't waste your money or time on this film.

Review: This movie is great. It's not an academy award worthy movie, (although the cinematography is glorious) but it's a great, fun, and refreshing movie. The setting alone and the scenery makes it a great treat for any DvD owner, and the picture is crystal clear with outstanding views of an exotic paradise. The story itself it rather predictable, but the eye candy presented in this film makes it easily worth the purchase. Overall, a resfreshing alternative to most action, comedy, and romance-oriented films. It's just such a relaxing film. I love it.

Review: This was one of my favorite movies of 1998 for several reasons. First off, Harrison Ford and Anne Heche have great chemistry. Secondly, the script is full of excellent repartee and one-liners. Finally, forget logic, and just enjoy. The movie is pure fun and the ending very satisfying.

Summary: The cinematography was gorgeous on DVD
Review: If you haven't been on a vacation to a tropical island, this dvd will make you want to book a flight. The color of the sunset and beaches was awesome. I couldn't understand why they had to throw in some pirates (Maybe if this was fantasy island). There could have been other ways to add more intensity. Maybe have Harrison break his leg from a fall or something or maybe a volcanic eruption.

Review: If you are a Harrison Ford fan that is reason enough to see this movie. It's not Ford's best performance, but without him this film is a dud. Ford and Heche are a mismatched pair, but the happy ending is nice. If you're looking for a serious film this one is not for you, but it is an enjoyable movie none the less.

Review: I thought this movie was great! and so under-rated by the critics. It was extremely funny and again, shows the complete versatility of Harrrison Ford to be able to play both dramatic and comedic roles extremely well. Bravo and I advise everyone who wants a laugh to see this movie.

Review: Worst Harrison Ford movie I have ever seen. I think HF is top flight and am surprised to see him in something so shallow and absurd. I guess everyone is entitled to a mistake now and then.
