Summary: If you thought this was funny your nuts
Review: Could not believe from reading the reviews that people actually thought this was funny. Did not laugh at all, We even turned it off after an hour. All of the characters were not believable which you do need in a comedy. I think of funny movies such as office space, shrek or even My cousin Vinny those are funny I like French Stewart but are we to believe that he would have left his high paying job to look for a cat. Come on this stunk

Summary: Great movie but not worth buying
Review: If you are a man who is sick and tired of the woman ending up winning in the end then this movie is for you. I stood up at the end and clapped (and I never do that, even when I'm supposed to). But even with the great ending and a funny movie, and a movie that has a lot of hot chicks, is it really worth buying? I say no. Save your money for Star Wars II or Spiderman.

Summary: What a hidden jem of the silver screen!!
Review: Ok, if you are like me you tend to not watch these straight to video, not in the theaters a very long time type movies. Well, I caught the tale end of this movie one night and decided that i had to catch the rest of it! This movie is hilarious!! French Stewart plays this man who by all right is kinda a sucker for love and in the end gives you such a surprise, on what a sucker for love he is not! Tyra Banks does such a great job as Chelses's freind and the funny things Chelsea does to get her man to commit! Thei movie is for anyone who thinks that men can not have the last laugh, even with a manipulative woman! Think twice before you agree to marriage women, the man might have something up his sleeve!

Review: This is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen... a bit like a modern "War of the Roses." It can tend to be a bit vulgar and dark, but Gracie the cat makes it all worthwhile! Say it with me correctly! "G-a-raaaaa-cie!"

Summary: People should be careful how they title their movies.
Review: It would be all too easy for me to say "Love Stinks stinks", but this is not that kind of review. Most of you have probably already seen this film, and so this wouldn't apply to you. If you have not,and although a friend may have said it was really funny or something, PLEASE rent it first. I'm not going to insult those who liked/disliked it.
I can tell you there are moments that I thought where funny, and moments that I cringed at the hate between the two main characters. I thought French Stewart did a nice job, although I didn't think that the relationship was beliveable because he had a lack of chemistry with Bridgette Wilson. Maybe it was supposed to seem like this, but I would appreciate that when a character is supposed to be enthrawled with another, it really seems that he is. Bridhette did a very good job with her part, and she seemed right. Tryra Banks seemed off, and indeed she does not come across as a very good actress. I 'm really not sure how I feel about the movie. Indeed, women are portrayed as evil and manipulative, and by the fact French's life permiates his T.V. show, so the director's life influenced his hatred towards marriage. This is fine, as he gets back at lawyers and yes men, and by showing how Stew's show slowly gets more hurtful and unaccepted, so he shows us (I think) that this is his relationship with this movie to some extent. Looking back, I thougt the beginning of the film was cute (some might cringe during the beginning), and then it became more hateful. The entire movie seems like a big sitcom of sorts, where French spouts comments thoughout the film which sound torn from the pages of the show he rights. This is okay though, as although not funny, the object is to make Bridgette laugh when they are first date and beyond. I feel sorry for the writer. I've been way too hard on this film. Coming from "A Beautiful Mind", a movie I could easy describe as "beautiful", this movie seems all the more hateful. I chuckled, I cringed, I liked the ending, I think; but I certainly didn't laugh a lot and "fall off my chair". It's better than other comedies I've seen. You may find this movie hilarious or maybe even take offenswe to it, so please rent it. It's not very good at all, and most jokes- about being gay or cats, fell flat with me (I'm still not sure whether I liked it or not, as I've said, though I lean towards the negative). Do yourself a favor and see "A Beautiful Mind", assuming that if you really like this film it's not too late.

Review: I have seen this movie a million and one times! It is by far the best, and most realistic, tale about the after-effects of dating! Be careful though -- your special loved one might grab some ideas! And watch your hair conditioner "wink wink"!

Review: This movie is hilarious! French Stewart and Bridgette Wilson make a perfectly deranged couple. I don't want to give away the story, so I'll just say that you'll love watching this flick and recommending it to all your friends. Personally, I could have done without Tyra and Bill's forced acting, but overall, the movie was great!

Summary: Love Stinks is a great date movie...
Review: This feature just has that campy, date flick style written all over it. Two people joined in the institution of dating take a severe turn into disaster when one is ready for marriage immediately and the other is just getting started. The entire film takes a lot of silly twists and turns into a very comical ending that just sends it over the top. Good movie for a couple thinking of getting engaged or divorced!
