Summary: snore fest... but sorta cute
Review: the only reason i gave this movie 2 stars instead of 1 is because there were some cute moments. the plot was VERY predictible (but knew that going into the movie) but jennifer lopez did an ok job. with better writing it could've been a better comedy. there was some "cute" jokes and certain situations that would make you chuckle (statue scene) but "the wedding planner" mostly dragged on and on. even matthew mcconaughey's hunky presence could'nt save this boring, so-so, romantic comedy.

Summary: Elicits little emotional response.
Review: This movie has such potential. I think that both main characters, Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey, are good actors with chemistry. The story is somewhat time-tested if not tired. The sad thing is that even with these advantages somehow it is squandered. By the end of the movie, you really don't care if they get together or end up apart. If you haven't seen this film, please do yourself a favor and rent it before you by it.

Review: If you ever wondered about the precise definition of HORSES**T... ever wondered how best it may be visually represented, you're staring at the answer. One of the WORST & most pointless movie ever made.I vehemently DETEST Jennifer Lopez, even a trace presence ANNOYS me. But after this film, I dont know which of the two I dislike more, the Lopez creature or the film. Given a choice of watching this movie again or running ten miles buck naked in Minnesota bang in the middle of winter, I'll choose the latter. 'Nuf said.

Summary: The Wedding was not Planned
Review: The Wedding is a typical comdey romance with nothing really to shout about. The preformances are O.K. and the script is like any others. When talking about just the movie the wedding was not planned. Althought the preformance of Justin Chambers portraing "Massimo" is the about only thing the movie has to show for it self. DVD features is one thing that saves the movie, the minute you here Jenifer Lopez "Love Don't Cost A Thing" at the end credits, you'll want to to press the menu button right away. So if you have a DVD player go ahead and rent it, but if you saw it in theaters you wasted your time.

Summary: Cute movie, even though it is predictable
Review: This movie is very cute, but very predictable. If you've seen "My Best Friend's Wedding" you have seen this already. Jennifer Lopez( or J.Lo) does a really good job in this movie and so does Matthew Mccougnhey. But they have no chemistry whatsoever! ... Anyway, if you like romantic comedies, I recommend this movie if not don't bother it's very predictable like a lot of other people here said.

Summary: Not a bad movie.
Review: Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Lopez make a charming couple. The movie begins very well. The two have a romantic meeting. Then Jennifer Lopez's character finds out that he's engaged to another woman. Even this is comical at first. Then the movie passes through a dark period where you wonder if the two will actually marry other people! Though the movie starts out romantic and funny, it ends with a rather depressing view of love and marriage. There is a happy ending but it comes on the heels of a convincing and unromantic argument not to marry for love.

Review: It was a decent movie...It had it's funny moments, but it also had places were it seemed to just drag on. But the commentary on the DVD was really good!

Summary: Don't waste your time
Review: This is just a plain bad movie. The plot does not make any sense and the movie is badly mis-casted. (Jennifer Lopez playing Italian with a TexMex accent???) The director did manage to include some pretty nice scenes though though. So my suggestion is to play the movie, turn off the sound, and play your favorite CDs. You won't miss much.

Summary: A great Cinderella story!!
Review: This movie is excellent! I saw it in the theater with my cousin and sister. I was unsure about Jennifer Lopez at first because I had only seen one movie with her in a main role. In the first few minutes of the movie I was already laughing and enjoying it! Jennifer and Matthew have a great chemistry. He was a very good actor in this movie! I thought that this love story was really sweet! I thought that the fact that Matthew was a pediatrician was classic. They both convinced me! It's now one of my favorite movies and as soon as it comes out on VHS, I'm buying it!!!!
