Summary: Surprisingly moving AND funny!
Review: To be honest, when I saw previews for Fools Rush In, I expected it to be a average movie full of overdone one-liners and stupid sex jokes. I am not typically impressed with today's romantic movies, but I loved Fools Rush In. This movie is romantic, funny and not that all unrealistic. Salma Hayek plays the spirited Isabelle with true feeling and understanding of the character. Matthew Perry was of course funny but there was also a very sweet, tender side to his character Alex. All in all, Fools Rush In is a sweet, touching story that is both romantic and humorous while staying in realistic bounds. This is a great movie for an at-home date night!

Review: I do not typically watch these "Chick Flick" movies, but this is one of the best movies I have ever seen. The chemistry between Perry and Hayek is outstanding. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who just wants to feel good.

Summary: Charming story but left me with a question.
Review: This is one of the most charming "chick-flicks" because of the sweetness of Salma Hayek's character. Matthew Perry brings the humor. The music is very uplifting. Many of the songs can also be found on a CD called "Ultra-Lounge Volume 5". The two characters start their relationship physically first, then try to fall in love later. Along the way, they question what is meant to be. They encounter each other's families and friends and explore their likes and dislikes and the result is comical and endearing. What I am wondering is for those who are not happily married, does this movie encourage a physical relationship outside of marriage? I have seen the movie but still am not sure. On the surface, it seems like it doesn't. But what would be the end result of watching this - would a person be more or less likely to start a relationship physically? With the ending the way it was, it might make some younger viewers think true love might happen that way and end up leaving them with heartache. I'd like to hear more reviews on this aspect.

Summary: You'd be a 'fool' not to 'rush in' to this romantic comedy
Review: Fools Rush In is one of my top five favorite movies of all time. Of course Matthew Perry is known for his role on Friends but he became one of my favorite actors when I saw this movie. It really shows that he can play outside of the sitcom world on to the big screen.
Matthew Perry builds night clubs and is transfered to Las Vegas to build one, later on to come back to New York. As he gets there he meets Salma and they have a one night stand. She leaves him in the middle of the night just to return a couple of months later to surprise him, this is where the humorous love story begins.
This movie is great for both sexes, the romance between two different types of people is very entertaining and the writers added some classic lines.
Overall I give this movie 5 stars, all the actors played great roles and the movie couldn't have been better. Never a dull moment!
