Summary: Hilarious, entertaining, fun!
Review: Everyone in the theater, male and female, young and old, laughed all the way through this one! It was not quite as romantic and sweet as I might have liked, but that comes from the situation that sets the stage for the movie. Matthew McConaughey was adorable as always. There were lots of shots of those cute dimples of his! Kate Hudson played her character very well. I would definitely recommend this movie as I think it is the funniest one I've seen in quite a while!

Summary: Absolutely hilarious!
Review: No matter if you're man or woman, or if you hate the so-called "chick flicks", this one is a must see. Kept me laughing through the whole movie. Can't wait until it comes out on video.

Summary: Above Average Romantic Comedy
Review: "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" is a truly delightful little movie. It's packed full of laughs and fun and boasts a great cast that gives it the edge over the slew of romantic comedies recently released.

Ben (Matthew McConaughey) makes a bet with his boss that he can get a woman to fall in love with him in ten days to land a valuable advertising campaign (don't ask questions, you'll understand when you see the movie). Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson) is the "How To..." columnist as the hot new women's magazine, Composure. The topic of Andie's next column? How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, hence the name of the film. If Andie writes the article, her boss, Lana, will give her complete freedom on the topics she writes about Apparently Andie wants to write about "serious" issues. That's great, hon, but why are you working at a glossy fashion mag if you want to write articles on global issues?

Of course, Ben and Andie see each other at a bar and coincidentally choose each other as their "victims". And then you know what happens...

Kate Hudson is an absolute gem! She is sweet, funny, and completely adorable. The audience genuinely likes Kate Hudson, and thus sympathizes with Andie. A big problem with most romantic comedies is that the characters are so dislikable that you don't really care what happens to them. Kate Hudson was able to prevent that.

McConaughey was fine, but I firmly believe that he doesn't really act in films, just plays himself (he plays the same kind of guy in almost all his movies).

Ever noticed how most romantic comedies are really quite funny until they reach that inevitable stage when the two stop hating each other (or whatever was holding them from love) and fall in love? Take McConaughey's "The Wedding Planner" (another film in which McConaughey plays himself), which I thoroughly enjoyed until they fell in love. "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" blessedly does not fall under this category. The film is consistently funny through and through and never gets boring.

Summary: How To Lose Your Lunch In Five Minutes
Review: I don't know if there has been a more disapointing film in years. I sat for two hours and NEVER LAUGHED. Every funny gag the movie had to offer I had seen in the trailer! Since the advertisment for this film (and I use that word loosley) had been so frequent on television, those jokes were no longer funny. Boring, predictable and stupid. My wife and her mother and sister found it funny so I would say that maybe JUST MAYBE it is a girl thing and I just don;t understand. Still, I found this to be the worst movie I have seen in a long time.

Summary: Funniest movie I've seen in a long time!
Review: I laughed until I could hardly breath. I don't often buy DVD's but when this one comes out, I certainly will. For all the people who say it could never happen, well of course it could never happen. It's fiction--I knew that going into it. The stuff she does is so crazy and the cuteness with which she does it is what makes the movie. A definite must see!

Summary: Holariuos!! Makes you want to see it over amd over again!!
Review: I thought the movie (How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days)was the best ever!! I liked the baby talk by Kate Hudson and the sweet charm by Matthew McConaughey really makes this movie the best. I can't wait to see it again it was so awesome. Andie (Kate Hudson) has to date a guy and lose him in 10 days to get to write whatever she wants. Ben (Matthew McConaughey) has to lose a girl in ten days to get a big break in his carrer. The perfect match. The end is a little predictable but it was still awesome. It is a good chick flick. My favorite part was when Andie made Ben go to a Celin Deon concert and when ben got knocked out.And I think the moral of this movie is it made me think that if your job is that inportant to hurt someome's fellings to not do that specific thing or just quit.(because your boss will make you write that article and u don't want to hurt that person's feelings.) Because you might like him and he might like you.It made you want to see it again and again, can't what 'till it gets out on DVD!!!!

Grade A++++

Summary: I just didnt like it
Review: I really didnt like this movie, it is way too predictable, it reminded me too much of the movie "Overboard" because Kate Hudson acts just like her mother in this. This is nothing more than a date movie. So if you want to go out on a date. Then you can go see this.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Better Than I Thought It Would Be
Review: I have to admit that this movie went beyond my expectations, which were not high. I'm am giving this movie 4 stars because it took me a little while to get into in at the beginning, and I thought the ending should have been longer. Besides that, I thought the plot was very creative, and not like the usual romance movie where boy meets girl, they fall in love with eachother, and blah blah blah. Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey looked like a match made in heaven, and did the roles very well. I recommend this movie to people who are looking for a different type of romance.

Summary: Matthew at his finest
Review: This movie was the best romantic comedy I've seen, yet. Matthew and Kate did a great job!! They're both funny and great to look at. If you're a Matthew fan, this is the movie for you, he was spectacular!!!!

Summary: How To Loose A Guy - One of the BEST ever!
Review: This was probably the best movie I have ever seen! Yes, the ending is predictable; however, the meat of the movie is not! It is worth seeing over and over again! I've already seen it 2 times and will see it again. Can't wait until it comes out on DVD! The critics are so wrong. This movies proves that we shouldn't always take their advise. Kate and Matthew are so right for each other in this movie. She is so touching, loving, and funny. And, I almost left feeling sorry for Bennny Boo Boo, but the very last scene saved the day!
