Rating: Summary: Quite simply, a great movie Review: Neg Ryan is amazing here. Her fake orgasm alone is terrific. Billy Crystal gives possibly his greatest performance here. Nice plot, nice premise, good characters. Solid film. Solid fun.
Rating: Summary: Love this movie. Review: This movie is an inspiration. It's full of whit and humor that applies to real life. Love is a trickey thing and this movie amplifies that thought to its max. Mabey men and women realy can be friends, even if it takes forever to discover this. watch this movie with someone you love. It will be worth it.
Rating: Summary: Fun, entertaining, though leaves no lasting impression Review: I'm not a particular fan of either Crystal or Ryan. They have their rare moments, and fortunately, those moments appear here. Quirky, amusing, though the ending is a bit sappy. I bought this for a long-time female friend and she seemed to enjoy it. Hopefully that didn't add a sexist tint to my review.
Rating: Summary: When Harry Met Sally Review: this is an intelligent movie.Luckily for us - every once in a while, there comes a romantic comedy that is intelligent, and tries to give us something more than cheesy romance. 'When Harry Mey Sally' is such a movie. Admittedly, we WOULD like to see Harry and Sally end up together (like in any other romantic comedy), but this is a minor point in the movie. The major point of it is to inspect relationships between men and women from both genders' point of views. Many questions are explored in the movie - can a man and a woman be friends? Can a woman understand a man's point of view on things (and visa versa)? I think that in many respects, this movie brought up many points that seem obvious nowadays but were unheard of back in the late 80's / early 90's (around the time this movie cames out), such as fake orgasms. The movie also has genuinly good and intelligent (and original) laughs - the most renowned being Meg Ryan's orgasm demonstration in the middle of a busy restaurant - which is also unusual in today's romantic comedies (which seem to use the same jokes and situations in all movies). The extra features are also very good, especially considering the fact the movie is relatively old, and made in an era where DVD's (and special features) still hadn't existed.

Rating: Summary: My favorate movie of all times Review: Who doesn't like Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal??? When ever I'm in the mood to laugh out lound and cry, I watch When Harry Met Sally, it's one of the best love stories of my generation (80"s)! Rating: Summary: The Best Romantic Comedy of All Time Review: "When Harry Met Sally" is so much fun to watch, that you just can't help at smile throughout the film. The film is about Harry and Sally, and how they meet while driving to New York together, and then their relationship as "friends" after that. This film is such a joy to watch. The dialouge is refreshing, and at no time are we ever tired of them, or any other characters. Nora Ephron has written an absolutly terrific screenplay, and Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan give the film it's full effect. Meg Ryan is great in this movie, as well is Billy Crystal, who is absolutly hilarious as Harry. "When Harry Met Sally" will sweep you away, again, and again.
Rating: Summary: Falling in Love with Harry and Sally Review: This is the movie that everyone quotes and talks about and they should be. Meg Ryan plays such a believable obsessive single woman in her 30s and Billy Crystal plays the pessimistic wise cracking friend. The journey from friendship to love is bumpy but wonderful. The highlights of the film are probably Sally's single friends and the infamous lunch scene with Rob Reiner's mother saying the line, "I'll have what she's having."
Rating: Summary: Best movie of all time! Review: This movie is the greatest movie of all time. Not only is it funny, but the love story is one you dream of. Billy and Meg are the perfect match on screen. I would recomind this movie to everyone, it's a must see. Five stars!!
