Review: This film was a surprise hit. Anyone who has seen "Scream" (1996) first will get the jokes in this comedy spoof film. This film makes fun of many horror films we have seen in the past. The story makes young white people act stupid and black people act stupid. Of course, it's a Wayans film. So this film is the way the Wayans joke about things. I am not a fan of Wayans films, but I did have many laughs. one of my favorite scenes is the Cindy girl with an electrical fence chasity belt around her down-there area. All fathers will applaud to that one. Although I do not approve of teenage sex in movies, the scene where the guy is about to...well, remember I'm writing this review on Amazon.com so I must be tasteful...about to finish and she hits the ceiling. Cheri Oteri has some good lines. Rick Ducommun (original Star Search tv series) also has a role. David L. Lander makes a nice cameo appearance. Look closely for the "Laverne & Shirley" reference on the wall. Still more to see after the end credits. DVD contains in Bonus materials, a little music snipet, six additional scenes and a nearly seven-minute behind-the-scenes featurette. Followed by Scary Movie 2 (2001) and Scary Movie 3 (2003).

Review: I have got to say that I hate these F*CKING teen comedies (American Pie, Old School, Austin Powers) their always making that everyone says are so funny but they arnt. Most people must just pretend to like it in front of their friends. This isn't real comedy and not funny at all! If your thinking "Get a sense of humor" to me while reading this I already do and its a hell of alot better than yours!

Review: This has got to be one of the most horrible sci-fi/teen movie parodies, I've ever seen. This is a hodgepodge of sorts. The erratic-sequencing of all the paltry sub-plots ("I Know What You Did Last Summer" comes to mind) are questionable. I seriously doubt, the (director's) movie's dubious-intentions on making the viewer laugh. In fact, I laughed so hard watching this movie.... NO. Actually I didn't, It made me want to vomit. Much to my dismay, this awful movie came-across as being egregious and inept. If you're interested in getting shot in the head, with this cinematic-disaster of epic-perportions, then this is the movie for you. For those of you, who have enough sense to avoid this kind of debauchery, I would highly recommend covering your eyes and ears. (see no evil, hear no evil.) This is a "Scary Movie" alright. I wouldn't see it, again. I would give this movie ***negative-stars*** for being the worst movie to ever hit theaters in decades. And another thing, Carmen Electra has got to be the worst-actor in the realm of the silver-screen. She's one of the hotest-chicks out there, I'd have to admit...but she comes-up way short on her own merits. If I were you, I would avoid watching "Scary Movie" altogether. Don't waste an afternoon with your friends on this movie. I would definitly go see "Not Another Teen Movie," it's well put-together and has belivable action-sequences from such teen-movies like "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "10 Things I Hate About You", and (a timeless classic) "The Breakfast Club."

Review: Who ever thought of the idea of putting Scary movies into one big funny act! Movies such as Halloween, Scream, Scream 2, I know what you did last summer, Sixth Sense, and Blair Witch Project. This movie had me laughing all night. Although it can get gross in some parts but overall this movie is funny!
