Rating: Summary: What a funny movie! Review: Jamie Lee Curtis was so believable as the daughter! It was just a really good, very funny movie!
Rating: Summary: I LOVED this movie! Review: Even though this movie is a remake from a 1960's version, I still felt as though I were watching the story for the first time. I think the screen writer did a good job of taking the story line and giving it an updated feel. The bits between Jamie Lee Curtis as the mom, and her daughter (after switching bodies) are priceless. I have always been a big fan of Jamie Lee Curtis and I think she did a great job in this film. She deserves the nomination that she received for a Golden Globe award!Buy this movie or at least rent it. It is truly entertaining and fun!
Rating: Summary: read this, don'[t read this, it doesn't really matter Review: This was an excellent film that you should see with your friends and family. I would definetly rate this a 5 star!!! I enjoyed the film so much! I hope others enjoy it as well!
Rating: Summary: Surprisingly Enjoyable Review: For a movie based on a mom and daughter switching bodies, this was very entertaining for the whole family. It was enjoyable to see the mother going to high school in her daughter's body, just as it was hilarious to watch the daughter counsel people while in her mother's body. The events that occur and the script provide for many laughs. Of course, you can't expect it all to be realistic, due to the premise, but once over that, it is funny throughout. The mother and daughter both learn their lessons after walking in the other's shoes. this is a good wholesome fun-filled movie that parents, teens and young children can all watch together.
Rating: Summary: overrated and awful Review: In this overrated flick from Disney, Jamie Lee Curtis and Linday Lohan play a mother and daugher who have their personaalities switched after eating Chinese food. The problem is that Anna the daughter is a spoiled brat of a teen and you loathe her instatntly. The mom Trish I think, has real problems and real issues. Anna cares only about herself and her social life and seeing her lighten up her mother's life is horrifying Trish does better as Anna but we dislike Anna already so she has a handicap. There is also an impossably bratty younger brother and a lame attempt at a romantic rivalry for anna's affections. I hope both the stars go on to bigger and better things but this movie will be a dead spot in their careers.
Rating: Summary: Great Disney Movie. Review: This version of "Freaky Friday" is better than the one with Jodie Foster and the one with Shelly Long and it was a marvelous film with comedy that people of all ages could enjoy. The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr.Tess Coleman an uptight therapist who is trying to deal with her rebel daughter Anna (Lindsay Lohan),her son Harry, and her fiancee Ryan. But when Annas band gets an audition on the same night as Tess's wedding rehearsal the two heat up when a mysterious old woman gives them two fortune cookies which cause the two to switch bodies. The outcome of the switching is quite hilarious with Anna having to go to work and Tess having to go to school.Usually you have Disney comedies which are not funny with jokes like "Why Did The Chicken Cross the Road?" and jokes like that but "Freaky Friday" is thankfully not one of those movies and has jokes that will entertain adults and children,B- for the movie and A- for the acting.

Rating: Summary: ROCK ON DUDES Review: Great family movie, we all loved it.
Rating: Summary: Great Fun Review: This movie is incredible; they way both characters can play each other so convincingly makes it a great movie. The circumstances in which the plot takes place... a wedding and a concert makes it too much more fun. And Jack going crazy for Jaime Lee Curtis was a perfect touch. I give this movie a 2 thumbs up.
Rating: Summary: A remake that does itself justice Review: Remakes are generally given short shrift, but the 2003 version of Freaky Friday stands up well against its predecessor. Fast becoming the go-to girl for Disney remakes, Lindsey Lohan (The Parent Trap remake) tackles what is essentially another double role and shows that she is quite up to the challenge. Jamie Lee Curtis is the surprise, however, as the mother, game to exhibit her wild comedic side to full effect. Modernization is minimal (music, slang) here with the movie retaining much of the original--most dramatic being the change of the father figure to a soon-to-be-stepfather (Mark Harmon), adding to the mother-daughter conflict. Though this is not true for most movies, rest assured that whichever Freaky Friday you choose will deliver total entertainment.
