Review: this movie was scary it had many edge of your seat never stop thrilling thrillers i ecspecially liked when Neve Cambell and(the girl from friends) outsmarted the killers in both movies these were really good in most scary movies they don't move out the way from the killers and wind up dying and that didn't happen in this case.

Review: scream is neither scary or even funny it is just plain dull. I had some difficulty staying awake during this film. it is the routine teen slasher film obviously aimed at the teenage market.It has nothing original and the so called scares are just plain dumb and silly. I don't know how anyone can consider this peice of trash to be scary or witty. If you want a truly effective shcoker watch the original psycho or the excorcist.

Review: If you watch horror movies from the 70's and 80's, like "Carrie", "The Amityville Horror" or "Prom Night", they still will scare you. But you could not make a horror movie like that nowadays with the same effect. Until Wes Craven, created the new type of horror movies. He started it in the 70's with "A Nightmare On Elm Street" and did it again with "Scream". "Scream" has become one the most original and most scariest movie to date. An all star cast, led by talented Neve Cambell, made this thriller a definate must see and is the beginning of future classic horror movies.
