Summary: The best horror movie I've ever seen!!!
Review: "Scream" is the best horror movie I've ever seen. I think it was cool to sit there and notice all the lines and other stuff that they took from other horror movies, but they did it in a way that didn't make it stupid. And the guts and stuff were really cool!!! It scared me to death! Everytime I'm home alone I'm afraid to answer the phone. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Summary: Scream was a wonderful movie to watch for a great scare!
Review: The movie Scream was a well put together movie. I think that it was very exciting and it left you on the edge of your seat the whole time. It wasn't one of those movies where you could tell what was going to happen next.

In the beginning you thought for sure that it was her boyfriend, but then later in the movie you just knew that there was no way it could of been him. They gave you so many suspects that it made you really have to think and wonder just who could it be. They would only show you the killers shoes and they wouldn't even let you hear his real voice. The only thing you got to hear was a voice that was modified.

Throughout the whole movie you really can't figure out who it is or even how many killers there are until the end. The end let's you know just who they are and their whole plan, the reason they did it and everything.

In conclusion I found this movie one of the better made scary movies. It was very exciting and something that you could really get a good scare out of.

Summary: The greatest horror movie of all time.
Review: A combination of Kevin Williamson's brilliant script, Wes Craven's directing, and an extrordinary cast makes this one of (if not) the best horror movies of all time. If you are a horror movie fan you need this movie to make your collection complete.

Summary: Hip, clever, keeps you on the edge of your seat
Review: I think that this is the best of modern day horror movies without a doubt. It's very gory, fast paced, and the story was very creative. My best line in the movie was Billy quoting Norman Bates' "We all go a little mad sometimes." It was a great flick, go out and get it!

Summary: A new kind of horror movie...
Review: A horror movie about horror movies, how innovative?!? Loved this one! Plenty of comic relief, tons of graphic violence, gore, and unique methods of inflicting death. You shall not be dissappointed.

Summary: WONDERFUL! Marvelous! Amazing!
Review: Never has there been a revival like this! The End of the Jason series pretty much ment the end of true high class horror. Kevin Williamson and Wes Craven teamed up to knock that theory down. Kevin Williamson is one of the most brilliant people I have ever heard of. And Wes Craven has made his name in Horror history. With the Nightmare series, and then this, he should have a monument made. The Wonderful acting is another amazing story all in it's own. Jamie Kennedy, Skeet Ulrich, Matthew Lillard, Neve Cambell, Courtney Cox, David Arquett (don't know how to spell that) and the rest of the cast made it a memorable movie. Oh, and while I got'cha, I's just wondering

"What's your favoite Scary movie?"

(I know, real original)

Summary: The benchmark of horror films for the 90's!!!
Review: Scream has been the staple of horror in the 90's as Freddy and Jason were to the 80's and as Halloween was to the 70's! This great movie launched the career's of several actors and actresses just as other great horror movie's has in the past. Inevitably just like the other great horror films in the past Scream has spawned many cheap imiatiors and rip off's but Scream will be denfinely remembered in the many years ahead as the classic that set off this wave of horror films.

Summary: A little bit original.
Review: Rather than just have a killer slashing 24-year-old teenagers we have a mystery killer slashing 24-year-old teenagers. The worst thing about this movie is the flood of imitations and sequels it will/has spawned.

Anyone who thinks that this movie has suspense should rent some Alfred Hitchcock flicks like 'Rear Window' or 'notorious'. Scream has no suspense. No slasher flick has had suspense since John Carpenter's Original Halloween. The others just repeat his formula. Patheic.

Summary: VERY DISAPPOINTING
Review: This is typical Wes Craven junk. I have always abhorred Wes Craven's horror films, because they serve as an embarassment for true horror fans, because of their cheap and tasteless gore and no sense of style (not to mention plain BORING) or innovation (excet maybe the Nighmare series). His films especially suffer when compared to the horror big boys such as George Romero, Dario Argento, and John Carpenter. Scream's opening even rips off the opening to Argento's Suspiria (an infinitely better movie)! The movie itself is a great disappointment, especially when you realize that teenie bopper writer Kevin Williamson (have he no shame?) "wrote" this. The end result is Dawson's Creek with a killer and some very boring and "been there, done that" gore/slasher scenes. Also, the movie tries to trick you into thinking its clever by having the characters being keen on horror films such as Halloween (which is much better, I might add). But this just gives the movie an excuse to be unremarkable and boring. Blecch. If you want supreme horror satisfaction, check out uncut versions of Suspiria, Evil Dead, and the Living Dead series (especially Dawn). Why is crap like this so popular?
