Summary: This Was Pathetic, a Complete Waste of Time
Review: This movie wins the prize for the stupidest movie I've seen in a long time. It's petty, pointless, and worst of all, not really funny. This movie is a perfect illustration of Hollywood going after the buck instead of considering what really makes a good movie.

Don't get me wrong, I like comedies as much as anyone. We all need a break from time to time. This picture is just adolescent in every worst way possible.

I should have just gone to the garage and beaten myself with a hammer. I would have had less of a headache than I did after watching this waste of film and money.

It is hard to even come up with a suggestion as far as a better movie. Just about anything would fit that category.

Summary: Funny, if disgusting.
Review: This film is hilarious, but the gross-out gags are endless and exhausting. Who wants to see a close up of someone's scrotum stuck in a zipper? UGH!!

Summary: Funny, twice laugh out loud.
Review: This movie was just funny. Not absolutely screamingly funny as all of America said. If the Farrelly brothers had left the idea of... well, let me say this: It can be summarized in a few sentences: Boy likes girl in high school. 13 years years pass by, and he hires a detective to hunt her down. He finds her, gets to like her, and from there, things happen. If they'd gone with only that idea, without the comedy, it would be a good, straight movie. VERY TASTELESS HUMOR. NOT FOR KIDS. Too much foul language for a comedy, but you'll get over it. The whole movie is smile-through, the dog scenes being laugh out loud. Rent it or see it on HBO.

Summary: The ugly duckling of romantic-comedies...
Review: Background:

I am a 24 year old male engineering and computer science student living in SC. I do have a large humanities background.

Overview:

I gave this movie a 7 out of 10. I think that it is the ugly duckling of romantic-comedies. It was quite some time into the movie before I was one over by this film. At first for some reason I tried to take it seriously even though it is completely obvious that do so is pointless.

If you have ever wondered what is the worst thing that could have ever possibly happen at your prom, or if anyone's prom experience was worse than yours, then this movie is worth your time. (If you are a guy you might need to seek therapy afterwards; it is pretty traumatic.)

If you think that you have the worst luck in the world, then check out this movie. If you don't think it could get any worse, all you have to do is wait a little while, and then it does in this one.

I think some of the shock comedy routines were a bit too much, but the movie would come off as too serious, lame, and corny without them. (Movie has a R rating because of nudity; it is not what you are expecting.)

I think this is good movie to watch on TV or HBO and maybe rent if you are having a hard time finding something to watch. I wouldn't go out of my way to see it but I don't regret having watch it.

Thanks.

Summary: Fat drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, boy.
Review: This movie is just not funny. It was as if it was made by Republicans. Republicans have no sense of art or joy of life. (They try to get by on Regis and heavy doses of prime time tv.) Harold Ramis said "You should always work from the top of your intelligence." BUT obviously some folks cant be helped. By the way to the smug chap you made the dumb remark about "closing the Bible." The Bible has funnier material in it than this movie.

Summary: Great Entertainment for the '90s
Review: One of the most disgusting, tasteless, rude, silly, stupid and ultimately hilarious films ever released. Not everybody would like this film, however. It's not a family comedy, and some material might surprise even the most committed dumb comedy fans. Have an open-mind and enjoy this little box office SMASH.
