Summary: fantatic movie
Review: This is one of the greatest movies ever made. An incredible social commentary, perfectly adapted from a visionary novel. A must for anyone old enough to accept the violence. If you've seen the movie, read the book. Slightly different ending makes both worth while.

Summary: Don't miss this one!!!
Review: Excellent acting, supurb picture, and the talent of Stanley Kubrick make this film one of the best I have ever seen. The intensity of this film is enough to make you want to recommend it to all your friends. But aside from that, the ultra-violence, sex, drugs, music, and pure drama create the absolute best combiniation for any film lover. If you haven't seen this movie yet, it is a must see!!!

Summary: Excellent, strange and dangerous...
Review: One of Stanley Kubricks masterpieces or perhaps "The masterpiece". And excellent movie based on Burgess novel from 1962, written in nadsat, a teenage "streetlanguage" Burgess invented. The movie describes the evil future society, where Alex and his droogs (friends) make a lot of trouble. Alex get caught and in prison they try the "Ludovichi" treatment on him.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is quite possibly the greatest movie of all time.
Review: I have seen this movie at least 40 times, and it just gets better everytime. Kubrick does an excellent job of adapting Burgess's book to the big screen. Excellent directing and acting make this a must see. It is a bit harsh, but if viewed as a whole, the movie makes a strong point about how far we can go, when trying to rehabilitate the criminal mind. I also recommend reading the book after watching the movie, it has more detail and a different ending.

Summary: !!!Superb!!!
Review: Stanley Kubrick did a brilliant job as a director and screenplay writer and there he surely proves what kind of a genius he really is. We may not forget about Malcolm McDowell's superb performance as Alex the bewildered teenager whose main interests are Ludvig van and the Ultra-violence. It's definately one of McDowell's best.

The film provides enough sex, drugs and violence to please any contemporary audience.

A clockwork Orange is without a doubt one of the greatest achievements in film history. It's a classic that will never be forgotten. Therefore I advise everybody to see this film immediately if they haven't done so already.

Summary: Horribly surealistic
Review: This movie portrays the horrible things that lurk in the minds of men. I would recommend this movie to anyone interested in human responce to violenc and rape.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Thought Provoking
Review: I saw this a month ago and I havent gone a day without thinking about it since. As was Kubrick's intent, it raises moral issues inside of anyone who sees it. Kubrick withdrew the movie in England when some people who obviously missed the whole point of the movie started mimicking the main characters violent acts.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: UK "Ban" Info
Review: For the UK customers - this film is not banned by the UK authorities: it has been withdrawn by Kubrick himself. There are numerous web articles around on the reasons for this, the most prevalent being that it was withdrawn after threats to Kubrick's family about 1 year after initial release. For those viewers in the UK with NTSC compatible videos, this version works fine.

Summary: Kubrick Escapes Rules
Review: In aHollywood often censoring itself in order to achieve family morals, its a truly different experience to view such a picture as Clockwork Orange which breaks the rules usually asscociated with filmaking in the big-budget venacular. Kubrick has created a film unallowing value to be diminished by notions held by a portion of the viewing audience. This spectacular satire on futuristic crime and punishment does not fear crossing the invible line drawn by so-called good taste. This is why many are turned off by the rape scenes and depiction of a genualy sick charachter. I simply ask those watching to look beyond this, hence discovering the true merit of the picture. This merit being Kubrick's meatphor-ridden, multi-interpreted, irony deliverying saga relavent in many ways to our current society. I also commend Kubrick's ability to create a genuine piece of work on an entirely different level than the book on which "A Clockwork Orange" was based.
