Summary: Witty, Wacky, Wonderful
Review: I LOVE this movie! This is by far one of the wittiest, funniest, smartest movies John and Joan Cusack have done. I laugh every time I watch it. I think most people can identify with the situations the film proposes. One of the best attributes of this film is that it offers us the chance to laugh at ourselves, (hello High School Reunions!). Despite the bad rap of violence in general these days, this movie contains comedic violence at its finest. As a fairly conservative female, I get to live vicariously through these dysfunctional characters and I love it! If you haven't seen it, DON'T DELAY, get it today!

Summary: Grosse Pointe Blank is one of the Best Comedies ever!
Review: John Cusack's portrayl of Martin Blank is absolutely hilarious! The movie is non-stop laughs, and immediately belows in your video case!

Summary: not enough fanfare
Review: I have been suprised at how few people have seen or heard about this movie. Although it is about a professional killer going to his high school reunion, it is really funny and very watchable. The movie seems to attempt to portray this line of work as normal and stressful just as any job can be. I have rented it three times, and finally saved up to buy it for myself.

Summary: THE BEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN!
Review: John Cusack does the best acting job ever playing Martin Blank, a hit man that returns to his hometown for his 10 year high school reunion. Just the plot and the way Cusack nailed every emotion and mood made me want to watch it again and again. This movie is worth every penny!

Summary: THE BEST!
Review: I really enjoyed the dark nature of this movie, not only was it fantastically funny, but it made you think. That is the best part of a movie, the way you continue to think about it after it is finished. You could really watch this over and over without getting tired of it! If you buy it there will be no regrets, I promise!

Summary: Finally, a movie that's as cool as it thinks it is
Review: This is a great movie with fresh ideas, wonderful acting, hilariously dark moments, and an overall touching humanity beneath the seemingly amoral facade. The scene where John Cusack pours an empty scotch bottle on his father's grave and then drops the bottle tells you all you need to know about their relationship and I'll never forget it. Having the guts to put a scene like that in a comedy is just one of the reasons the makers of this film deserve enormous credit. And they give the viewer as much credit as they give themselves, never thinking for a minute that they're being too smart for the audience.

Summary: I love this movie & watch it often!
Review: John Cusack is one of the most under rated actors of our day. There will come a day when he will be known as one of the great talents of our time. You'll see........ This movie made me appreciate the darker side of comedy

Summary: I loved it to bits !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: Thought it was brilliant - saw Cusack in "Con Air" but this has to be one of the best films i have seen so far. Thought John Cusack worked the plot very well and that Minnie Driver was brilliant. Anyone who has not seen this should watch it as soon as possible. My favourite part was when Cusack was chatting with his psychologist, the High School Reunion and the end

Simply the best to watch over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Good fun, and good comedy.
Review: It thrives between social satire - without becoming tiresome, like most of Woody Allen's films - and a feel for life's ironies, without becoming silly. The romance avoids sentiment. In all, a better film than average. The DVD unfortunately lacks any substantive extras, lowering the overall grade by 1 star.. Given all the little Cusacks in the film, a commentary by John would have made this a 4-star DVD.

Summary: Yet another terribly underrated classic
Review: This one was it. I went to see it when it came out and it was one of those rare movies that stayed with me forevever. I haven't seen every hit man flick in the world but this one seemed to have all the rare creativity and quirky innovation needed to pull of this very unique black comedy. The dialogue works, the acting is terrific (AYKROYD, baby, AYKROYD! - "he's brown bagging it...") and, if all goes well, a sequel in the works would be awesome. This one's a keeper, and it'll keep you laughing every time you watch it.
