Summary: Get it or don't
Review: This is one of the best adult animated films I've ever seen. There should be nothing but five, four, or three star reviews here because people who dislike the movie had to have known what they were in for when they started it. Thus, their negative blurbs are just a way of venting their hypocritical opposition to the "values" contained in the film and not in any way a rational perspective on the filmmakers' creativity and imagination. It is a very funny movie, and this is one of the rare times when that is not simply opinion, but incontrovertible fact.

Summary: A funny movie
Review: If you are not easily offended, or looking for some laughs rent this movie and if you love it buy it. The movie is different than the tv show. If you like the movie try the tv show{which is funnier than Beavis and Butthead. The tv show uses both toliet and witty humor.

Summary: Nasty, Gruesome, but I've Never Seen It
Review: I've never seen it, although my freinds have. (Even if thy're all RETARDs and under AGE) I saw some South Park cartoons 5-6 years back in Taiwan. The cartoon's art is based on the original way, but I'm hoping that the graphics that they are using these days have greatly advanced. I'm also very shocked about how people (Even this kid around 8 that wrote a reveiw for it and actually saw it!) actually think that all this cussing is funny! I don't really think so because I think that there should be anything that the creators want to put into their crazy movies and cartoons except for too many cuss words. A few cussing don't bother me, but once it gets out of hands, the whole movie is ruined by all the cussing.

Well, the musical better be good, and not so cussy. Cause I'm gonna buy it sometime.

Summary: Perhaps the pinnacle of the shows' success
Review: As a fan of the original series by Matt Stone and Trey Parker, I really enjoy the blatant fashion in which the characters mock society with the way they act and behave. The way the messages are dished out en masse to us are all at once hilarious for the sheer gall and ease in which it comes out from the characters, unnerving for the fact that its accepted this kind of humor isn't for everyone (you don't want the wrong people buying too much into this), and saddening because most of the misfortune and extremely politically-incorrect humor is simply a mirror of the non-sense that occurs in society without most people realizing it. To explain this point a little better, the feature plot to the movie revolves around a small PTA's fight to destroy Canada because they disagree with the silly toilet humor of two of their citizens: Terrence and Philip. Its funny because its not uncommon for organizations to fight against such issues, especially in the United States, but to the point of genocide and war is an extreme that is so out there it gets a laugh. Its unnerving because the way the organization is characterized is comedic but can be easily interpreted as a negative sentiment about such organizations as the PTA, and for that reason it really is saddening. Saddening because, when you take a step back and examine how these organizations really work, a lot of them really are that fanatic, a lot of the fights are led by people who are good-natured but are corrupted by their own ignorance to the issues they fight against. That however, is another rant all in itself.

A lot of the humor is very transparent, a lot of it based on the profanity which is laced in almost every sentence that is spoken in the movie. A lot of the humor, as I noted above, can be interpretive as well. The way people act is both comedic but is also a direct mock-up of society.

The only reason why I didn't like this movie was the musicals. They are enjoyable at some points, but seem to interrupt the movie at others, and are completely forced upon us at other times. In all, I recommend the movie, but I also recommend showing extreme discretion as to who watches it with you.

Summary: A funny movie!
Review: This movie is real funny. If you are a South Park fan or someone who is not easily offended and looking for some laughs then rent this movie before you buy it. The movie is different than the tv show{which is good}. South Park is a lot better than Beavis and Butthead. If you like the movie try the tv show. The tv show uses both witty an toilet humor. About every episode is funny. I must admit that I am a fan of the tv show.

Summary: Lame movie with catchy phrases
Review: Back in the day, I was a South Park fan. I really wanted to see this movie. South Park was a total waste of time. It's filled with jokes you've seen on the TV show and filler space musical numbers. I was bored to tears. However, it gets two stars since you'll be repeating all the phrases and lines. I hated the movie, but still coin the sayings of the film.

Summary: A funny and entertaining satire
Review: "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" will without a doubt appeal to fans of South Park more than it will anybody else. I haven't ever had the Comedy Channel, so I haven't ever had the chance to watch South Park that much unless I'm at a motel or something. But the times I have seen it, I thought it was hilarious. This movie is a satire that can be both funny at times and offensive or crazy at other times. Most of the movie is hilarious such as Saddam Hussein's gross sayings toward the devil and Kyle being shocked everytime he says a cuss word. Other parts of the movie such as the references to God are offensive. Still other parts are just crazy or gross such as Terrance and Philip.

Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman are all on a mission to save Terrance and Philip, but Kyle's mom is leading the revolution of "Mothers Against Canada" and their main goal is to terminate Terrance and Philip.

Overall, "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" is a well done satire that has many messages in it, mainly about political activity. If you're a South Park fan or if you want to see a hilarious movie, I recommend watching "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut." However, if you get offended by things real easily, you might not need to watch it.

Summary: Brilliant Satire
Review: If your one of the parents who think that the movies, TV, computer games etc is to blame for everything then you should definitely see this movie. Hopefully it will make you realise that you are a bad parent. However, if you like comedy that is vulgar yet intelligent at the same time then you will love this. I think it's brilliant. Clever things like satan becoming a sensitive, loving character (much nicer than Saddam or Kyle's mum) are commonplace throughout the film. It's better on the big screen, but still a must buy on VHS or DVD.

Summary: "...like a dying giraffe."
Review: So...my sister and i had dropped our cable service in the summer of 2000 because we realised how little TV we'd been watching and how much money we were paying for service...and i'd given my original Indoor TV Antenna to our brother because his reception was crappy and at the time i had cable...and i figured that when i wanted some home entertainment i would just watch one of my twenty or so favourite movies on DVD...and this is my substitute for all the finely articulated reviews that i read here but, all i wanted to share is that when my sister or i am down we will always be able to lift each others spirits with a snippet of this fantastically ridiculous musical...that has warped our fragile little minds.
