Summary: Satire and great characters at their finest
Review: This season continues the tradition of great Simpsons seasons, once again providing great satire and surprisingly interesting and likeable characters into what is easily the best television series of all time. Be it great satire like "Radio Bart" or "Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington", touching and heartfelt episodes like "Lisa's Pony", or just plain fun episodes like "Homer at the Bat", this season is full of nothing but great episodes that are all very funny. The set should also continue the trend of having audio commentaries for every episode, and should also contain some other nice bonus features as the first two sets did. This, and seasons 1,2,4,5,6,7, and 8 are simply the finest moments of television. Don't miss out.

Summary: Season Two, a nice dessert, Season 3, creme brulée
Review: I, like many others, am currently enjoying Season 2. But it is the thought of Season 3 that whets all of our appetites. From softball to "none-threatening" like Sgt. Shultz, Season 3, like the two that will follow, make us want to plotz our pants.

Season 3, where are you???

We need you now!!

Summary: What is the Schedule?
Review: Obviously, everyone is excited about the release of Simpson's DVDs. Is anyone aware of a schedule? I have heard one season per year, but I can not confirm it anywhere. Will they really be putting these things out for 10 years? Why not release them at once in order to avoid a drop in demand? I know a dozen people who would buy all of them at once.

If you have any info, please post.

Summary: season three- a COMPLETE success!!
Review: ...I am on of the biggest simpson fans. I suggest to anybody that is also a simpson fan to buy this season. I will name and give a breif description of the first five episodes in the season. #1- "Stark Raving Dad"- When homer wheres a pink shirt to work all of his coworkers think he's insane. So they send him to the "New Bedlam Rest Home for the Emotionally Interesting." Where he meets a new friend. #2-"Mr.Lisa Goes to Washington"- When Lisa enters and wins an essay contest the whole family gets to go to Washington D.C. where Lisa makes a startling discovering. #3- "When Flanders Failed"- When Ned Flanders decides to open his own store called the Leftorium it just goes down from there. Eventually he goes broke and his whole family has to move out of the house. But homer comes through and saves his neighbors buisness. #4- "Bart the Murderer"- When bart crashes his skateboard down some stairs into a mobs hangout he eventually gets involved in the mob and is charged with a crime he didn't do. #5- "Homer Defined"- When the Nuclear Plant has a near fatal meltdown homer saves the day by pushing the right button luckily. Because of that Everybody thinks homer is a hero when he really knows it was a fluke. Well that's all hope you enjoy the episodes as much as I did.

Summary: You should learn german!
Review: I just want to say that the episode 11 "Burns Verkaufen Der Kraftwerk" is not german!

The correct title have to be: "Burns verkauft das Kraftwerk"

American's should learn german!

Ps.: Don't eat so much!

Summary: Good, but not great.
Review: I think season three is a very good season, but not as good as season two. For example some of season three's episodes are kind of dull like "Lisa's Pony" and "Black Widower", now Black Widower is a good episode but it's not simpsons style. On the other hand season two is a great season with funnier episodes like "The Way We Was", "One Fish,Two Fish,Blow Fish, Blue Fish", "Dead Putting Society" and "Dancin' Homer". So if you're going to chioce just one season to get i would recomend season two, but if your a hard core simpsons fan liek me i recomend getting all three seasons so far.

Summary: 3rd season=the first classic Simpsons
Review: Although every Simpsons episode is great, the 3rd season is where they took off. Episodes like "Homer at the Bat" are what stick into my mind as "The Simpsons". And how awesome is Apu's invention of the "Chutney Squishy" in the the episode "The Otto Show"? I love the Simpsons, especially the 11-13th seasons along with this last season. I just wish that they would hurry their butts up and release more than one of these DVD sets per year... ...

Summary: SWEET!
Review: The simpsons is by far the best show ever. I have seen every episode ever, including the pilot episodes. The third season is where the simpsons really started to get good, though i think that the newer episodes (11-13)are the best. The simpsons is locked in for at least 2 more seasons and hopefully more. This means that at least 15 of these will be released and I recomend that you buy all of them.

Summary: The Best Season
Review: Season 3 was when the Simpsons solidified and refined into a complex, colorful piece of satire, empathy, and wit from the dated, rough-hewn social commentary of the first 2 Seasons. From here, one could say it was all a progression towards the Scully era and the show's ultimate demise. There's so much I could say about the writing, portrayal of characters, humor, and satire in this season and beyond, but there's not enough space to say it. One thing I'll say is here, simple, well-developed plots hide rich humor, biting social commentary, and probing characterization that are often so infinite it takes an entire paper to reveal.
