Summary: Pixar does it again
Review: This is one good movie that Pixar did. Hope they do good with the upcoming movie Finding Nemo which is coming Summer 2003. Boo reminds me of my little sister. She is cute. You see, in the movie, Sulley and Mike want to bring back a little girl to her door. But Randall had that secret plot and he was after Boo. I hope you understand only the people who didn't see the movie.

Summary: The Perfect Movie...
Review: to kick back with and put your feet up on days when you feel like being a little kid again. I was on a plane back in June and they were playing this movie. I figured, "what the hell..." and watched it. I am BEYOND glad I did! No movie has ever had me laughing as hard and consistently as this one. The movie never gets old for me and it's actually one that my mom will watch on multiple occasions with me.

John Goodman, John Ratzenberger, Billy Crystal, Jennifer Tilly...GREAT CASTING JOBS! Hats off to Disney, this is the best "new school" animated Disney movie to come out, bar none.

Summary: Using mainly spoons. . .
Review: I cannot tell you how many times I quote this film and find myself the only one laughing hysterically. It is pure genius, original and entertaining plot, humorous to adults and kids alike, fantastic original soundtrack, stupendous voice talent, brilliant animation and best of all, the most cute little girl EVER! If you haven't seen this movie, buy it, I can guarantee you will love it no matter how old you are. Also, I think I may be the only person who thinks that George is just the cutest Scarer out there!

Summary: Fun for all (specially the adults!)
Review: While being marketed as a kids movie Monster's Inc is entertainment for the whole family, specialy the adults which you recognize the reference in Mike's dialogs.

Billy Crystal may be no longer hosting the Oscars but it's definetly perfect as the One-eye friend and "coach" of Sully.

The DVD comes with some extras such as the preview of Finding Nemo and Mike's new car, an exclusive short film.

Summary: Great to the last shot
Review: Pixar has no strikes against them. Bugs Life was a fun film, while the Toy Story films established them as a cut above. While Disney made "Dinosaur" and "Atlantis", Pixar was where the good films were at. Monster's Inc. raises the bar further, to a height most film makers would have a difficult time accheiving.
Although some say that it should have ended differently, without the reconstruction (I'm having difficulty explaining it without spoiling the magnificent ending), I have two problems with that logic. Firstly, that would end the film on a different note. Secondly, the final "shot" of the film was one of the defining shots of the film; at least a quarter of the films final charm would be lost without that ending.

As for the second disk in the DVD, it's worth the price all by itself-I reccomend you buy the set before the retailers realizes that. "For the Birds" is anything but: it's hard to pack so much humor, and a moral, in so short a time. "Mike's New Car" is also entertaining. And the Company Play will have people rolling in the... um, on the couch, I guess. The expression doesn't hold up here.
Then add the rest of the bonus materials, including the monkey, and one of the best kid's movies of the past few years, and you have a DVD essential.

Summary: I liked it!
Review: I hadn't seen this until it came out on DVD. I knew the story from the books so I wasn't totally surprised. Boo was funny and remided me of my daughter. I love all the bonus features. Great DVD!

Summary: A great movie with a semi original plot :)
Review: I really enjoyed this movie. As with most Pixar Movies they are those type that are great to watch over and over again. my year and a half old daughter asks "Monster Monster" everytime she comes home so I have seen this a lot. Only better Pixar Movie I would say is Toy Story Two.

Summary: An Awsome, AWSOME Movie!
Review: I absolutely LOVE this movie! It is so sweet and anybody from 3 to 103 will enjoy it too. This is definately one of Disney's better recent movies. Recently, I think Disney has been slacking off, but they apparently didn't with this movie! Pixar also did an awsome job with the animation. Another thing. I completely and totally reccommend the DVD. It has sooo much extra stuff, it's not even funny! And of course For the Birds is a seperate movie in itself . . . . : )

Summary: Amazing dvd!
Review: This has to be one of the few Disney dvds that I can watch repeatedly without tiring of it...which is a good thing because my children watch it over and over and over again and somehow are still mezmerized. I just hope the dvd player holds up.

The picture is stunning and crystal clear, the sound is dynamic and sounds great in Dolby Surround, and the story surpasses the Toy Story movies. And on the second disk, one you get through the chatty producers talk, you can watch a funny new computer-animated chuckle-filled short entitled "Mike's New Car".

And nobody dies in the movie, which puts it leagues ahead of Disney's true scarefest, Bambi.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good, but not as good as Disney gets.
Review: Somewhat enjoyable. Relatively Smart. Just enough humor to keep you awake. But, that's about it. It's a clever flick with a noble mission. Steal away the fear that little children have about monsters in the room..under their bed...in their closets...etc...While it accomplishes that very well it just doesn't scream out CLASSIC like its' predecessors. Toy story, A bugs' life and so on.But, it does have an unbelievable supply of extras that come with it. OVER THREE HOURS OF EXTRAS. Some of them are even worth watching. I enjoyed the movie with my son (he's three) but i just didn;t enjoy it as much when i viewed it alone. I still giggle at toy story 2.......seriously....
