Rating: Summary: ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES OF ALL TIME! Review: I would give this movie a million stars if I could! I could watch it hundreds of times and never get tired of it!It's got a very original, wonderful storyline. The animation is amazing. Best of all, the whole family can watch it. Boo is SO lifelike and adorable. It is SO funny and entertaining! All the bonus material on the DVD is really fun, too. I could say SO much more in favor of this movie, but I'll let you wait and decide for yourself. Believe me, you won't be disappointed!
Rating: Summary: Monster Laughs Review: Anyone who didn't see this in theatres simply missed out. Nothing beats the big screen feeling, but this DVD is a definite must-have. If you've seen the movie, you know there's no need to heap on further praise. If you haven't seen it, then you should. This very cute story goes very much beyond cute. It's great entertainment for kids and adults. As much as I love Monsters, Inc., though, I think I might have been willing to pay just to have "For the Birds." We can all learn a lesson from it, but even more, it's just plain funny! No matter my mood or how bad my day has been, "For the Birds" just makes me laugh...even thinking about it makes me smile. "Mike's New Car" didn't impress me as much, at first, but every time I see it, it just gets funnier and funnier. As to the rest of the DVD, I haven't had time to peruse it all yet, but that's only because I'm still enjoying the movie too much.
Rating: Summary: AAAAH! Monsters Inc. Review: I haven't read all the reviews, but I'm amazed that I've yet to see anyone point out the similarity between Monsters Inc. and the mid 1990's Nickelodeon cartoon series "AAAAH! Real Monsters." The idea of a secret monster civilization that has organized and institutionalized their mission of scaring humans is hardly original, but in this movie is well executed. I wish the movie itself had been a bit longer and the characters had been developed a little more. I would have liked to see a few more scenes from day-to-day monster life. However, the bonus material on the DVD more than makes up for that, and it's all really great fun. Good job, Pixar!
Rating: Summary: Buy this one Review: This movie is an awesome family movie. It kept not only my childrens attention but also my husbands! (which sometimes is difficult for a disney movie) I was afraid the monsters jumping out of closets was not a good idea for my 3-year old son. But disney outdid themselves this time.

The little girl is unbelieveably life like in character. The cutest thing ever. The storyline is so original. If you are a kid or kid at heart this movie is for you. Monsters in a whole new light. Pixar makes magic.
Rating: Summary: Monsters Inc. Goes Public Review: What can I say about MONSTERS INC? Probably it is the best children's movie I have seen all year. This movie is very funny and a big recommendation to the whole family. I gave it five stars because I just think it is great!
Rating: Summary: Wonderful! A Sure Hit for Kids and Adults!! Review: This movie is yet another brilliant hit by Pixar that's got both kids and parents singing its praises! I loved every minute of this film, which is full of laughs and intelligent humor. Great for the whole family or for a couple of grown-ups looking for a great way to spend the evening. The special features are endless and fun, and the interactive menus are fun to explore. Well worth the money, don't be fooled by the Disney logo on the film (they didn't mess this one up)!
Rating: Summary: Monsters gone friendly Review: "Monsters Inc" is the most amazing movies I have ever seen (next to Shrek, GREAT MOVIE!). It is both suited to the subtle adult humor as well as child oriented slapstick. The characters are both very identifiable as well as limited by human like conditions. Thus the audience can feel empathy for the Mike and Sully despite the fact that one is covered in blue hair and the other is a Cyclopes. The plot is the movie is well developed for both the ADD attention span of today's youths and adults. There is plenty of action for the youngsters, while also having more than enough non-cliché meat for the adults to chew on. "Monsters Inc" also both all its viewers to remember what it was like to be a child; to wonder what hiding in the closet and what lurks under the bed. The writers and Pixar effectively play off this instinct and build it into a fanciful world where the roles are switched and monsters are scared of humans. Though the implications of some scene might slightly be pushing the bar on PG, this movie is suitable for every age group: kids, teens, young adults, adults, and older folk. I give it an A+, one of the best movies I've ever seen. I think every American home deserves a copy of this fine Hollywood flick. Get it today! -Blaise
