Summary: The film moguls are fools.
Review: My father, now deceased, spent his life as a radio journalist in Australia.He always told me the greatest fools he ever met were the people who decided what to release,and when. He was referring to record companies but a review of all the 53 people asking for a re-release of Hopscotch convinces me that the sons of these fools of yesteryear have taken control of the video release industry. They do not seem to know a winner if it bit them on the bum.

Summary: Mozart and Matthau: An Unbeatable Combination!
Review: Simply stated, this is one of the finest motion pictures in cinematic history. Matthau, as Miles Kendig, leads the world's intelligence community on a chase that is sometimes slapstick and sometimes rich with comedic nuance. Set for much of the movie against a lovely European backdrop, and accompanied by a dynamic Mozart soundtrack, this film has all of the ingredients of an enduring classic.

Review: My wife and I love this movie. It is our favorite WM movie. This movie is alive with characters and crisp dialog, it doesn't get any better. I just checked to see if it was available in DVD-widescreen only to find out that that nobody can get a copy and so many want a copy. I have the laserdisk with pan-n-scan and love to watch this movie. If the studio doesn't get wise, I might have to make copies for those who JUST HAVE TO HAVE IT! (just kidding...I wouldn't violate copyrights)

Review: Entertaining video by one of the classic actors. Should definitely be part of anyone's collection especially if they are a Mathou fan. Why can't this and other movies made starring Mathou be re-released. Another great is First Monday in October. Let's get the movie companies to make these available once again.

Review: Ack! Not available! Hopefully soon it will be again. My favorite WM movie. The cold war, spying, retirement, going not gentle into that good night. The most civilized of comedy spy movies. (And he reminds me of my dad!)

Review: Walter Matthau is great as an ex-CIA agent, working on his memoirs. Of course, the CIA does their best to stop him.Great action, but always with a humorous touch. How to I get a copy of this? Is there some way to encourage the studio to release copies of it?
