Summary: A Fine Family Film!!!!
Review: There's absolutely nothing about this movie which wouldn't garner at least 5 stars. Those who don't like very simple and wonderful story lines won't like this film, but if you're looking for a nice family-type film, without little or nothing to offend your sensibilities, this is a movie for you. It picks up where the other first film left off, although it's not important that you see the first film first. This one stands alone.

Princess Mia (Hathaway) is wonderful, as is Joe and the Queen (Julie Andrews). There is a fine ensemble cast of dozen of others characters, and it's a very remarkable and well done movie. I'd highly recommend it. There should be more of this kind of movie out there!!!

Summary: not as bad as you might think
Review: When I had heard that there was going to ba a sequel, I was excited. I saw a six minute preview, and yes, she is 21. The story line is this: her grandmother is going to abdicate from the throne. Mia will become the queen, but she must marry within 30 days. There is a big hassle to find the right man, and it is down to two guys.I like the fact that they use the same people for the same characters, like Lilly and Joseph. And though other people might think otherwise, I think that this movie will be entertaining, though I agree that the plot does make the first movie pointless.
