Summary: Funnier Than The First
Review: Someone said Jim's Dad(Eugene Levy) is in this movie more the first one; not true. That was one of the drawbacks about this movie.

Stifler(Sean William Scott) steals the show. He is really funny in this. Jim is also very funny and becomes the butt of a few jokes. Surprisingly, Finch(Eddie Kaye Thomas) is really funny too. The other good characters: Jessica(Natasha Lyonne),Michelle<band camp girl>(Alyson Hannigan), Jim's dad, Stifler's mom(Jennifer Coolidge), the M.I.L.F. guys, and Stifler's brother. Nadia(Shannon Elizabeth) isn't in the movie very much, but is still funny. Oz(Chris Klein) and Heather(Mena Suvari)are good characters too. Now for the bad characters: Vicky(Tara Reid) and Kevin(Thomas Ian Nicholas) are the dumb characters. Their relationship just keeps going back and forth.

If there is an American Pie 3 they shouldn't be in it(even though Kevin is one of the 4 main guys). Oh yea, I forgot about Sherman or "The Shermanator"(Chris Owen). He is really funny too, but at the end of the movie you will HATE him. It was definitely worth seeing. This wasn't much of a review because I didn't want to spoil anything. It is funnier the first, and the plot goes further.

I can't wait until the DVD comes out. I hope there is good special features. Go see this movie, you won't be disappointed.

Summary: "OH THEY'VE DONE IT AGAIN!"
Review: Sequel in which sexually obsessed college guys on summer vacation have the summer of their lives. In all likelihood, the teen comedy of the decade. Oh, and that Stifler's mom (Jennifer Coolidge) is just so sexy! But, can they do a third?

Summary: not as good as the first
Review: when i heard that there was gonna be a sequal to "american pie" i was totally excited to see it. well i finally did and it was ok. it didn't seem as outragous as the first and the jokes were a bit forced. there are still some funny/akward/gross moments but most of it is predictible. "american pie 2" mostly deals with friendship and relationships with a few raunchy gags thrown in. the original still remains the winner and this is the average follow-up.

Summary: THE BEST MOVIE EVER!
Review: This is truly the best movie ever and to all the girls Seann William Scott is the hottest guy ever! I would also recommend American Pie 1, Dude wheres my car and Road trip!

Summary: Funny, well done for a sequel
Review: I just saw this movie this past weekend and I just didn't think it was as good as the first one, but is still a funny teenybopper flick.

The old crew is reunited after completing their freshman year of college and they come back home. Kevin once again gets advice from his older brother and he and the guys rent a beach house for the summer.

There are definately a ton of sexual jokes and a lot of laugh out loud moments. We get to see band camp finally, Nadia visits again, and Stifler is as obnoxious as ever. Everyone from the first movie makes an appearance, even characters you've forgotten about.

The last film was consistently about each guys journey to follow through on the pact to lose their virginity by the end of their senior year. This one was about needing to move on but seemed to be more about wasting a summer with some old friends who didn't really change....

Summary: Hell Hilarious!!
Review: Well, I don't wanna mention the detail of this movie, but it's pretty hilarious from the beginning to the end. Most of the people in the theater burst in laughter in many scences. For example, one of the guy got a pee on his face still thinking it was an alcohol.

Anyway, if U're a fun of American Pie, U won't be disappointed by this movie. JUST WATCH IT DUDE!!

Summary: Just as good as the previous if not better
Review: For all of you who thought American Pie 2 wouldn't come close to it's precedent, you are all wrong. American Pie 2 is a great movie with some more humor that made us laugh so hard the first time. Of course, Stiffler has the best lines in the movie and the is hilarious....:) And of course, we can't forget....The Sherminator! The best part about this movie is that every single character is back from the first one. Even minor characters such as the M.I.L.F. kids, and Stiffler's brother. This is a must see comedy for all fans of American Pie!

Summary: Lewd, crude, and immensely entertaining!
Review: Band Camp Girl 1: "Where'd you put my clarinet?"

Band Camp Girl 2: "Oh, I think I shoved it in your box."

This and many other extreme phrases make "American Pie 2" the funniest and most successful sequel of the year. The entire cast from the first film has returned for another helping of pie that is a basic reheating of the first slice, but still retaining its savored laughs and gross-out humor. The film is laugh-out-loud funny, one of the few summer movies in which you get your money's worth.

The movie picks up a year after the first one left off, as our gang is preparing the celebrate their first summer in college. Their plans: to rent a summer house by a lake and have loads of fun until the summer is over. The plot isn't really structurally different from the first film, though the enemy in this case is divided amongst the five guys in the group.

Jim hasn't learned a thing since losing his virginity before graduating high school, and becomes frantic when he learns that Nadia is coming to pay him a "visit." Desperate for advice on his technique, he goes to "flute fetish" Michelle, who seems to want more than just to give him advice. Kevin has mixed feelings about his past relationship with Vicki, who shows up with sex educator Jessica. Oz and Heather's relationship has blossomed into full bloom, while Stifler is constantly looking for a good lay and arguing with Finch, who is continually obsessing about Stifler's mom.

And there you have it, the basic formula for some of the most hearty laughs of the year. Sure, it can be pretty crude at times, and most of the jokes and gags here mirror those of the first one in their positioning throughout the film. The "pale ale" is replaced with a shower of "champagne," while Jim is seen practicing on a pillow instead of an apple pie. The Internet broadcast is given a new treatment in a sequence involving walkie-talkies that transmit over CB frequencies... you just have to see the film to understand the laughs.

And even more than its predecessor, "American Pie 2" focuses more on sex than anything else, from things like phone sex and rubber toys to the male hormones and how far they'll go to see what they want to see. It's crude, but those of us who know what these characters are going through are able to laugh at their situations.

And underneath it all, the movie still retains some of the wholesome family values and lessons, even if its subject matter is in total contrast. Jim's dad returns to the movie in many places to offer his own personal history of sexual awakening and experimenting, while the cumbersome way in which each character comes to their realization at the film's end gives us a funny yet true lesson on morals and values.

The cast brings the same comical stamina to their roles as in the first film, especially Jason Biggs, who reprises the role of Jim as if he never left it to begin with. His ability to let himself go for the sake of tickling our fancy is a trait he should cherish always. Each cast member, especially those who fill the roles of the males, each embody a college stereotype that is easy to point out, while the females haven't lost their edge.

It won't win any Academy Awards, but "American Pie 2" is for this year what "Scary Movie" was to last year's crowds. It's side-splitting and outrageous, and knows just how to make us laugh in all the right ways. Laugh if you dare, for you may not be able to stop!

Summary: Thank you!
Review: Yes, a worthy sequel! Welcome back is all I can say to Kevin, Oz, Jim, Vicky, The Sherminator, Nadia, and especially Finch and Stifler. Though the movie may not be quite as good as the original, it is far, far better than most comedies. And, to say that the movie has to measure up to its own predecessor, well, those are some high marks to hit. What really makes the film work is the level of comfort that this cast is working with. And in a great cast, Eddie Kay Thomas and Seann William Scott stand out as the dueling Finch and Stifler. A second slice of pie greatly appreciated.
