Rating: Summary: HORRIBLE Review: This, without a doubt, is the worst movie I have ever seen. It is incredibly bad. Moreover, the cover -- showing nice looking men frolicking -- is very misleading. None of the actors are physically or emotionally attractive. I think my 2 year old nephew could have put a more coherent movie together.
Rating: Summary: Vapid Vac Review: Those overwhelmingly critical (one star) of White's depiction of "gay"-cationing perhaps have never connected with people on a superficial level before; hence, their repulsion. Those who have been burned by gay circuits WILL see sides of that milieu parodied (read: criticized) in this film, and for this we can "thank" Wally. This is a very weak effort in terms of a deep queer cinematic experience, but the movie does not pretend to be a Hanging Garden or a Longtime Companion (Wally says so in the film). Not all of gay life is serious drama and sober intellect, nor should we expect all gay perspectives/ artistic expression to be so. Some will get it, others won't.
Rating: Summary: The Worst Movie I Ever Saw --- and I've Seen Hudson Hawk Review: What can i say... how can i get back the 1.5 hours of my life that this movie took up. I vow never to sit through this kind of a movie again. I own many "gay" movies, ... this one should not be seen at any cost.
Rating: Summary: as unpleasant as mirrors usually are Review: With an incredibly low budget, Wally White succeeded to piece up this little masterpiece of witty (almost Oscar Wildesque) sarcasm. Funny and incisive, the character synthesis is so true it hurts (and maybe this accounts for so many offended viewers). If you look closely enough you may find a glimpse of someone you know -even of yourself... and all unexpected mirrors are startling and/or hateful.
