Summary: Ummm...not Russ' best work
Review: I must say that I was truly dissapointed after watching this film. It almost made my cry to think Russell Crowe would even consider making this movie. He was excellent in it, but the story was not very good. It seemed as if they threw this movie together at the last minute and it was so boring. Who likes to watch a young couple scream at eachother all the time? Not me. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Good movie but they should have kept the original VHS cover
Review: I really like Russell Crowe and Salma Heyek in this movie, but it was just too boring to buy. I definately thought the ending was the best part though.........because the movie was over. If I could I woudl SO ask for my money back. Although the movies offers some steamy hallucenations, it's not worth the time and effort to watch movie. Trust me, DO NOT BUY THIS MOVIE!... Rent it from blockbuster or something.....

Summary: Attractive stars and realistic story make this worthwhile
Review: I saw this movie as a Russell Crowe fan and found it to be quite realistic in depicting the ups and downs of a sexually charged relationship. Sometimes the characters' quarreling gets to be too much, but the end results are worth seeing.

Summary: 5th Review! Why I taped this movie
Review: I taped this movie for 1 reason: Russell Crowe. Not only can he act, he's gorgeous & he's my age. The film was a waste of his talents, that co-star will not have a career in her later years when all she does is use her body instead of acting ability.

Summary: What a waste of film!
Review: If I could give this video zero stars I would. The one star goes to Russell Crowe at least he tried to make this film believable. I had one problem with Mr. Crowe's performance he couldn't get the accent straight was it a New Yorker accent? I felt he was just falling into his own natural Australian accent. I would think at least he would provide a better performance; not what I was looking for, especially after his brillant turn as Bud White in LA Confidental. Selma Hayek was just scenery. The characters in this film did nothing to endear themselves to me. I rented this film and luckily I had a free rental coupon. Don't waste your money on this! Moral of this story: rent LA Confidental.

Summary: Each Other's First Loves Letting Go
Review: If you are in a relationship where the two of you constantly break up and get back together, this is the movie that will help you finally let go.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not a lot of story, but the scenery is great!
Review: If you love either Salma Hayek or Russell Crowe, buy this film.

It didn't win any awards, because it's a "B" movie, but I've paid for and watched a lot worse. Crowe and Hayek worked hard at being a couple in love and it's fun to watch. It's almost as if they were on opposing roller coasters, one at the top while the other was at the bottom.

Summary: Heart-wrenching, but realistic . . .
Review: journal of a dysfunctional relationship. You want them to stay together, as much if not more than they do. But loving each other sometimes just isn't enough. If you like a movie based on relationships and characterizations, then give this a try. Imagine a gritty "When Harry Met Sally".
