Summary: Good
Review: A fun movie to watch, and even a good chick flick, but not the greatest script. The three actors work very well together, and David Schwimmer has some of the best moments. If you enjoy these actors, then this is the movie for you.

Summary: A little Cheesy...but more like Brie
Review: Classic story of two best friends falling for the same girl with little twists of circumstance. Jason Lee (Jay) sets David Schwimmer (Max) into a fast pace relationship with Mili Avital (Samantha)...and things turn for the worst when Schwimmer's character makes a "test" which will be the ultimate decision for marriage or not.

Why the film doesn't churn your stomach is because of the mark of honesty that comes up in critical moments. The characters are admittedly fickle, sappy, emotionally crippled at times, unfaithful, inconsiderate, or drunk. This is what makes the movie interesting as it follows the familiar plot line into romantic comedy.

Review: Funniest movie of the yer

Summary: Who' foolin' who?
Review: Here is one of those movies that you've watched a dozen times before in a dozen bits and peices as you've clicked across the cable lines between comercials, or on your way to something else. You just know that this movie just might be somthing you can sit through, and perhaps even enjoy. convinced, you relax and begin to watch. What was I thinking? Schwimmer plays the fool caught up in a whirlwind romance with Mili Avital and feels compelled to use a friend to test her as he runs off with Kari Wuhrer. She only has a few scences, but she gives the playboy/sports caster and anyone who happens to be watching a reason to come back, again and again.

Summary: Most underrated movie I've seen.
Review: I first saw this movie because I liked Jason Lee's acting in Chasing Amy. While that is a good reason to see it, the movie provides much more. Schwimmer gets to play a role that is the complete opposite of Ross, his character on "Friends." I also agree with other reviewers in that this movie has some of the funniest one-liners I've heard in a long time. Just give it a chance. The bad reviews for this movie usually come from an older crowd. This movie is obviously for a younger audience; people 18 to 30 years old.

Summary: How Did This Movie Get Bad Reviews?!!
Review: I have no idea how this movie got panned. While I saw it on a whim at a friend's house (i.e., I probably wouldn't have rented it on my own), it was HYSTERICAL. Like "Swingers," mentioned by the other reviewer, it's a "quote" flick--meaning that you'll be spewing the best lines at unsuspecting friends/family for months to come. Sure, Schwimmer is Schwimmer--no great stretch--but Avital is gorgeous and Lee is hysterical.

Trust me: after you see this, you'll know what these lines mean: -"That's good, 'cause you suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccked!" -"Whatup, Chicago?"

Granted, the premise is somewhat preposterous, but who cares! Pay attention to the opening scene, where Schwimmer/Avital tell conflicting stories about their first date--good payoff!

Summary: Great movie
Review: I thought this movie was really funny and not overly sappy.A chic-flick that guys can enjoy too. Does anyone that has seen this know the name of the book(or the author) that Jay gives to Max?With the saying about love not being found where it doesn't already exist.

Summary: Enjoyable romance with two great actors
Review: I watched this movie on satellite and now I wish to buy it on DVD. Too bad the DVD doesn't have any extras, that wouldn't hurt.
The movie has a very interetsing plot. I sincerely didn't expect the ending it had. David Schwimmer is very well in this movie. Specially touching is his last scene in which he displays emotions that are very rare in men. Even though you are used to seeing him as the good old guy in the TV hit show Friends, you don't think about Ross for one minute. The storyline might seem predictable but it actually isn't. The script is interesing too and no character sounds unreal. David Schwimmer is surprising in this role and Mili Avital is a charming and talented actress.

I recommend this movie for men and women that like to watch romances that makes you stop and think about your own life.

Summary: A meaningful sleeper with an unsure ending.
Review: I'm not much into the love story thing but this one definately got my attention. I am fully in agreement that true love can't be manufactured or put on in pretense. Just the same, untrue love can't continue without being found out eventually. This was a funny movie that also makes you think. It was not until the last ten minutes of the film that I felt sure of the ending plot, (a rarity in most of todays movies) something I like in a movie. I find it hard to believe that this movie did not go farther in the public. I can surely understand all of the professional reviewers giving it a poor grade. As a general rule, what they dislike, I find to be a good movie and I think the public also. This one slipped by most movie goers.
