Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Totally unexpected
Review: OK, maybe 4 and a half stars, but this film is a breath of fresh air -- original, quirky, funny, while also offering some touching content on disappointing relationships and the power of reconciliation. I rented it by chance and can't understand why I had never heard about it. Kathy Bates is a delight and Rupert Everett is sublimely attractive as always. For those who enjoy over-the-top musical interludes, it has several hilarious ones. Big fun!

Summary: Good on certain conditions
Review: Part of the fun of Unconditional Love is that it doesn't stick to any one genre, but this also hurts the movie, as well, since you never know quite what you're watching and aren't allowed to delve so into it that you "love" it. While the film feels a little uneven and slower-than-normal at times, not to mention the ending is ridiculous, the characters that adorn Unconditional Love bring the idea of the film to life. You might not get anything out of this show, but its purpose seems to be to open your eyes to those who are different... and challenge you to go out and do something you normally are terrified of doing.

Summary: Well I had never heard of this GEM!!!
Review: Read the other good reviews - this is a splendid, dark, clever and wonderful comedy. Just as a by the way - I thought four weddings and a funeral was awful - but this made up for that lapse!

Summary: Unconditional Love movie-A feel good movie
Review: The actor's were all outstanding, and I could actally feel myself
in that wonderful english manor in England,. and smell the food
on the table in one of the scenes..
The actors were all a perfect match for their character, this
movie was a totally surprise to me, I kind of thought oh one of those movies, ya know unconditional love. or mad love etc.
It is totally 100% an outstanding comedy drama, make you feel
good movie.
I admire the producers for incorporating a small person and a
gay male, as part of this movie, it is strange how so many
people think that if someone is different than you , well they
could never be included in your circle of friends or family
NOT TRUE..... this movie opens the eyes wether you wish for them to be opened or not...Its a 5 star movie and this is my
opinion. This is a movie you can watch over and over and always
get inspried by it.. so get out and buy it you wont regaret it
unless you have predjudices in your life... referring to
small people and gay men.- couples getting divorced. etc.
Enjoy this wonderful movie

Summary: If you like Kathy Bates & inside jokes this is your movie
Review: This is a pleasantly fun and sweet-sappy movie with music
and actors both you and your mom will love. I gave it a 5 for enjoyment. Even my husband, Mr. War Movie Buff, liked it.
Either you'll sing along with the music, and/or you'll giggle
at how it's used.
Ms. Bates is a versatile actress playing a truly warm
woman who perseveres. I got a kick out of the
random fun swipes at performers and other whatevers. If you've seen the heavy "Don't Look Now," you'll have an extra laugh.

Summary: Strangely entertaining mish-mash
Review: This is a very odd film. It is terribly uneven, oddly structured and moves at an awkward pace. It is however very entertaining in a weird, sweet way. Bates is, as always, luminous. I don't thing she can ever do anything wrong. Her Grace is the heart of this odd unclassifiable film. Sometimes very funny, sometimes heartfelt, sometimes VERY weird. It defies a real written decscription that would indicate how it actually plays. Self acceptance and living life are big themes here - positive themes both - but when you mix in a sassy, surly dwarf, the ghost of a gay pop-star, a murder mystery, Barry Manilow, Sally Jesse Raphael, mid-life crisis/family drama, and a couple of weird hysterically funny Julie Andrews cameos, you get a wildy uneven yet warm oddball film. Definitely worth watching - but have no expectations in any direction for maximum effect.

Summary: Don't miss this one - it's great!
Review: This is really a great movie! It's part comedy, part drama and murder mystery, with some good music thrown in.

The excellent script has some very touching moments. A perfect cast includes Kathy Bates, Rupert Everett, Dan Ackroyd and Jonathan Pryce.

There are even some surprise real-life celebrities who turn up playing themselves.

Quirky and totally original, this one's a winner all the way!

Summary: Hilarious
Review: This movie could not be better. I enjoyed it completely. Definitely not for children, but wonderfully funny for adults. It kept me guessing and laughing the whole way through!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: one of the best movies of this or any other year
Review: This movie is a gem. It is a totally enjoyable movie with a wonderully talented cast. Why was this movie not a total blockbuster? It was never released, what a shame, what a waste.
