Rating: Summary: I couldn't stop laughing Review: This movie was a funny kid's flick, but i couldn't stop laughing, especially when the giant burger smashed the car with sinbad in it.
Rating: Summary: That fat guy from HEAD OF THE CLASS sure can write! Review: This spin-off of Nickelodeon's ALL THAT, starring Keenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell, is a pretty funny movie. It can drag at times, but there are quite a few good bits, and the interaction between Keenan and Kel is great. Plus, it co-stars both Abe Vigoda AND the fat guy from HEAD OF THE CLASS (who also co-wrote)! What more could you possibly want in a movie?
Rating: Summary: GREAT BURGER! Review: What a great movie! Why this should be nominated for "Favorite Movie" of the 1998 Kids Choice Awards. By, the way, can I get a Good Burger?
Rating: Summary: Surprisingly pretty good Review: When I saw the previews of "Good Burger," I just about knew that I wouldn't like the movie. However, my mom said that it was funny, so I watched it one day. It's about two unlikely teenagers who get a job at a local restaurant called Good Burger. They become friends and they have to team up to have a chance to compete with a brand new restaurant called Mondo Burger that is expected to put Good Burger out of business. With Ed's new secret sauce and all the Good Burger employees teaming up, they might have a chance.I thought at first that "Good Burger" would be aimed mainly at young kids who watch Nickelodeon and that it wouldn't be that funny, but it turned out I was wrong. It has a lot of funny parts and it kept me entertained enough so that I actually wanted to see what was going to happen. I recommend anybody to watch this movie.
Rating: Summary: A Little Bit of Juvenile Humor Goes a Long Way Review: Yes, the film does have the "slime factor" so prevalent in Nickelodeon's productions. Yes, the film has jokes that only a seven-year-old could love. Yes, the film features Sinbad and Abe Vigoda in supporting roles as "adults" that are the brunt of youngsters antics. Yes, the film has a likeable character with the intelligence of a cucumber and a genuine innocence that endears him to all. But, it is a delightful little movie that appeals to a cross-section of the audience in a time when there are few genuine non-offensive family films. And, it does have one really cool dance number to "Knee Deep" featuring the funk man himself, George Clinton.
