Review: This movie is a hilarious send-up of high school "cliques" and the victims of them. Anyone who's ever been ignored by the cheerleaders and jocks in their long-ago school days will be able to identify with the two leads as they live to get their ultimate revenge. I haven't laughed this much in years!

Review: Romy and Michele's High School Reunion is a truly fantastic movie! Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow did a great job as Romy and Michele highlighted by a superb supporting cast featuring Janeane Garafolo and Camryn Manheim. Speaking of the movie, I think I'll go watch it now!

Review: Wassup this movie is master genious of the comedy. How can a movie reminisce the 80's without getting to much into cliches, well watch "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion" and u will find out how, this movie has it all, fun, great comedy, great jokes, and superb actings by Lisa Kudrow and Mira Sorvino, a classic and a guilty pleasure.

Summary: A Perfect Pair
Review: Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion. A light .... ahem ... airy comedy about two social misfits going through their high school years and then making a grand appearance at their high school reunion. You know things never go exactly right until the end in these movies, and the same thing happens here. But hey! It's quiet the entertaining watch. Lisa Kudrow and Mira Sorvino, awesome pairing. They made Romy & Michelle. This film could have seriously gone off the annoying bend, but it doesn't. It stays on a good track the entire time. A very hilarious track. Kudrow and Sorvino were awesome as the titular characters. They're interaction was great, and Kudrow's present air-headedness role is always a hoot. Janeane Gurafolo is a nice unpleasant character with many humorous lines that she gracefully pulled off. The woman never ceases to entertain. Alan Cummings plays an Alan Cummings role. I always like him in movies. The DVD isn't something to cheer about. Although the film is great enough, I wish a few more extras could have been spared. But taking note that the movie didn't necessarily come out when DVD hit its prime, it's okay for the lack of extras. What really would be great is an audio commentary from Lisa Kudrow and Mira Sorvino. I say "Special Edition!"

Review: AWESOME CHICK FLICK!!!! I LOVE this movie! It's about two best friends who go to their high school reunion to try to impress all their old classmates. They reunite with old flames, old crushes, and old allies. I love the part when they have a "tounge-lashing" with the ex cheerleaders. The dancing scene was weird, but funny. And the movie started with the most perfect song to get you in the mood for the flick: NO DOUBT's 'Just a Girl'. The movie has clever and witty jokes, and is filled with 80's music. Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe on 'FRIENDS') is awesome and really ditsy, Mira Sorvino ('Replacement Killers') is also very fresh and clever! This is anwesom movie for anyone!

Summary: My guilty pleasure movie.
Review: Being a male, I would file this as my favorite guilty pleasure movie. However, looking at the movie at what it is, a very funny movie, which I've seen over 10 times. Excellent performances by both of my favorite actress Mira Sorivno and Lisa Kudrow (duh- look at my screen name!). Kudrow's performance in this movie is why I became a big fan of hers and respect as an artist and person. (notice that I used those words instead of "actress"). Totally underrated performance by both, even though this movie has been panned over the years. Worth a look.

Review: So at first they seem annoying but in fact, they are cute as buttons, as is the story...and some of the lines are unavoidingly funny. And the music, well, old school, perky, and funny, and it made me smile.
Silly, yes, bad no. Worth seeing.

Summary: Lisa Kudrow has impeccable timing!
Review: I hated, loathed and despised this move the first few times I saw it (happened across it on a movie channel etc, or had to sit there while a relative watched it and hogged the tv). I thought it was just plain dumb, and not that funny. And I liked all the actresses etc.
I have to say though, this movie really grew on me. I actually still thinks it's stoopid (with an "oo"), but I realized that it is also hilarious. Lisa Kudrow and Mira Sorvino play these characters to comedic excellence. Lisa Kudrow has a PERFECT deadpan flair for comedy. I can't explain it, but now when I watch this movie I laugh my butt off, such as during the scene where Lisa Kudrow's character applies for a job at Versace. That's an example of how her deadpan and timing are just ON.
It's the comedic performances moreso than the plot that makes this a pretty funny movie. Although the older I get the more I relate to the "high school reunion". Enjoy this silly, lighthearted chick movie!
