Summary: Awful Movie
Review: This is a truly awful movie. There is barely a laugh the whole long long way through. Ashton Kutcher has to be the world's WORST actor. His idea of acting is to move his eyes from side to side. A cardboard cutout shows more emotion. Britney Murphy's not nearly as bad but there's no way anyone could shine acting with such a stiff. How a total no-talent like Ashton Kutcher became a star has got to be one of the great mysteries of the age.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fun, feel good, enjoyable film with laughs
Review: Sure, this is not a masterpiece, or ground breaking material, or a film that inspires deep thought. So what, it's fun to watch. And for a romantic comedy, it delivers: It's cute, touching, enjoyable, often funny, and portrays just how good and bad young love can be.
I was impressed with the 2 leading stars performances. Murphy is convincing and adorable. Kutcher is a lot funnier than I would have expected, usually a comedian has to be less attractive or have a more goofy look to him to be funny (ie, adam sandler, billy crystal, jack black, ben stiller, etc), but Kutcher has a funny style.
This film won't make a top 10 list of greatest films, but it's one that I can enjoy watching now and then, because it reminds me of how good life and love can be.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Not entirely bad, Not great either.
Review: This film is bland. There are some funny parts, but some of the humor is low. The movie could have used more of a drive for the plot other than the love life of the two main characters. The movie can get really dull at parts. The film struggles to get you to laugh, and has to fight even harder it seems to get you to laugh again. The ending, is, well, you can guess what the ending will be. Overall, the film doesn't seem to move in any particular direction, so you might want to pass this one up.

Summary: Totally lovable movie
Review: Kutcher + Murphy = perfect team

I fell in love with "Just Married" the first time I saw it. It's the perfect movie to watch with a friend, on a rainy day, or if you're feeling down. It always makes me laugh.

Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy made the perfect honeymooners. I can't think of anyone else who could've played the happy-go-lucky rich girl, Sarah, or the hope-I-get-lucky party guy, Tom.

"Just Married" would make the perfect addition to anyone's DVD collection!

Summary: Flawed comedy but some good chemistry from 2 good leads
Review: Just Married (2003) Ashton Kutcher, Brittany Murphy, Christian Kane, David Moscow, Monet Mazur, David Rasche, Thad Luckinbill, Taran Killam, Raymond J. Barry, Veronica Cartwright, D: Shawn Levy. Young newlywed couple, a radio traffic forecaster and a well-off princess, has the Honeymoon-From-Hell when it takes a disastrous direction in Europe-while the bride's onetime boyfriend pursues her. Disregarding predictable situations and some chronic physical comedy that shoves past its limits, this is a surprisingly non-desperate farce to say the least. Kutcher and Murphy give it their best to make it likable. Running Time: 95 minutes and rated PG-13 for sexual content, some crude humor, and a brief drug reference.

Summary: Ouch!
Review: The only way anyone could have a worse honeymoon than Ashton and Brittany is to watch this movie on their wedding night. Now THAT would be a honeymoon disaster!

Summary: Just funny!
Review: Nevermind the fact that the stars of this movie are both adorable. Nevermind the fact that the previews look hysterical. When it comes to laughs, this movie definitely delivers. The dialogue, the action, the situational comedy -- it's all there and it's all funny. Why then, can't I bring myself to give this movie more than 3 stars? It's hard to explain but it was the feeling that the movie gives you. You see, what they don't tell you in the previews is that most of the movie is a flashback. The movie starts out with Ashton Kutcher's character wallowing in pain and anger over his derailed marriage. That's kind of a bad vibe for a movie called "Just Married." The majority of the rest of the movie shows how the marriage came to be derailed. Don't get me wrong, it's funny as I said. It's just not romantic. In fact, it's the antithesis of romantic. As with all romantic comedies, things turn out okay in the end, but it's a long, somewhat painful road getting there. I guess if you go into this movie with the right expectations (no emotional commitment to the characters, looking to just laugh with not a lot of actual romance), you will really like this movie and probably give it 4-5 stars. However, if you only saw the previews like I did, you may walk away with a less than "feel-good" feeling about the movie. All in all, again, these were some darn funny antics. Don't let me scare you away from seeing it because it is definitely worth seeing. I just caution you to see it before buying it, or at least take heed on the expectation part.

Summary: Nice Movie
Review: First off, Brittany Murphy is so hot. man. but this movie isn't as good as i expected. it's not that funny. some parts i laughed but it coulda been funnier i guess. but i guess it's good that it wasn't in a way cause it made for a much better story. it's a movie everyone can enjoy. there's jokes that will make you laugh and then theres the love story. they work into each other well. check it out.

Summary: Yet another lame romantic "comedy"
Review: Is it just me, or is there an overabundance of these cheesy, brainless, unamusing romantic comedies lately? Even though I'm not really a film of romance movies, I can usually laugh enough to keep myself from falling asleep. This movie, however, was exceptionally bad. It's about a boy (Ashton Kutcher) and a girl (Brittany Murphy), who have an incredibly perfect relationship for nine months...until they get married. Somehow, on the honeymoon, they manage to screw everything up and completely misunderstand each other, and decide they hate each other long enough for them to come home and learn a valuable lesson so they can live happily ever after. LAME.

Ashton Kutcher, who incidentally looks like he is wearing an incredible amount of makeup throughout the film (which gives him a unique drag-queen look), somehow manages to be almost as annoying as in "Dude, Where's My Car." Brittany Murphy acts like a ten-year old who forgot to take her Ritalin and just drank fifteen cans of Mountain Dew. The chemistry between the two, and the way they act together, is nothing short of horrible.

Overall, don't waste your time with this film. I gave it two stars cause I laughed. Once. In an hour and a half.

Summary: Better than I expected
Review: I did not have high expectations for this movie--I just wanted laugh... while it was not an all-out comedy, it filled the time with a pretty decent movie--better than a lot of the romantic comedies I have seen lately. Both Kutcher and Murphy were cute, and awkward like newlyweds would be. They did try a little too hard at times (scenes of climbing out of the bathroom window to avoid a girl in the bar, chasing the ex-boyfriend with a fire-poker, etc. come to mind)but overall a pretty fun movie with a happy ending.
