Summary: Ferrell and Kattan at their best
Review: This is a great movie. It's got some awesome dancing and disco scenes. The movie is extremely funny. Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan are at their best in this movie. If you thought the T.V. skits were funny it is a hundred times better in the video. A must see for any Ferrell fan!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is a must-see for die-hard SNL fans!
Review: I saw this movie at the theaters 3 times and I totally adore it. Chris Kattan and Will Ferrell are the funniest and sexiest actors on SNL. I would watch this one a million times in one day!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Funny, sweet and with awesome dance sequences
Review: Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan "ROX". (I know...an old joke!). Having never seen the "Roxbury Guys" sketch on SNL, I wasn't sure what to expect. I own the soundtrack and love all the music on it, but when it actually came to the movie, I was pleasantly surprised. My brother thought it was stupid but for rainy day, sit at home watching videos, leave your brain elsewhere entertainment....I highly recommend it. My favourite scenes involved Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon....but the whole movie was excellent especially the dance sequences at the club!!

Do yourself a favour....go rent it today!!

Summary: Oh great, another SNL skit run right into the ground!
Review: After watching this movie, I have to say that the jokes run out real quick and physical comedy will only get you so far. The great thing about the original skit with the Roxbury brothers is that we saw celebrities acting just like bafoons picking up chicks, but when you're watching a couple of the regular bafoons trying to pick up chicks - it makes you wonder how fast the writer wrote the script. This movie is so bad, with the over-acting by Molly Shannon, I was hoping Chris Kattan would pull it out of the water in time...but the jokes quickly drowned.

Summary: Like many other SNL films
Review: A lot of films based on SNL characters unsurprisingly fail at the box office because of the inability to actually develop the characters. The only exception, and everyone knows this, is "Wayne's World" with the exception of the sequel. "A Night At The Roxbury" follows the two misadventures of Steve and Doug Butabi, two hopeless romantics and brothers who spend their days irritating their dad (Dan Hedaya) at his plastic plant shop, and their nights at attempted club hopping which results in them getting shunned away by the doorman. Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan are very talented but they try to make their SNL characters real and it just doesn't work. Everyone knows the theme of the overplayed and now familiarly known as the Roxbury Theme. The problem is, the film just doesn't seem to go anywhere. It gets inevitably boring and recycles jokes in the movie continually. Look for then unknown Michael Clarke Duncan as a doorman.

Summary: Not Too Bad, But Bad
Review: Will Ferrel and Chris Kattan didn't do so well in The Night of The Roxbury, a comedy about two brothers who try to hook up with women by going to local clubs and bars. Molly Shannon was good. Her love interest was Will Ferrel in this movie. It had some funny moments, but the rest of it was really bad.

Summary: If you don't like this, you need to...
Review: ...get a life, and look for some humor in it. The editorial rating on this movie sucked, cuz this is one of the best movies I have ever seen. HIGHLY recommend this if you are a fan of comedy. If you aren't and you have no sense of humor, don't bother cuz u won't like it.

Summary: CRAP!
Review: This film sucks....but here's the best of the dialogue:

Doug Butabi : So anyways, I was standing there waiting to use the pay phone.
Steve Butabi : Yeah, he was, seriously.
Doug Butabi : And this guy who was on the phone, turns around and tips his hat like this.
Steve Butabi : And who do you think that guy was?
Doug Butabi : Emilio Estevez.
Steve Butabi : The Mighty Duck man, I swear to God, I was there.
Doug Butabi : Of course you were, you were the one who yelled the Breakfast Clubber's name.
Steve Butabi : I was like, "Emilioooooooo!"
