Summary: Memories
Review: This is one of the best movies about growing up. I have worn out three copies of the movie on VHS and now have bought a DVD of it.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: an excellent way to determine value of reviews
Review: This is schlock at its very worst. This film has one useful attribute. Don't ever watch it, BUT write down every reviewer who gives it more than one star (except the single reviewer who gave it two because it was a soporific), and then you will have a list of "positive reviews" which you can check to find films that you should never, ever, buy or even rent--no matter how cheap. This is one of the worst films ever made.

Summary: This is an AWESOME movie and great for nostalgia.
Review: This movie is a MUST for anyone who has ever been to summer camp or just dreamed of going. It also deals with many of the issues most young adults are dealing with at this point in their lives. The movie deals with adolescent dreams and the adult reality of those dreams. It also shows the passing of the torch from one generation to the next and how that entails responsibility but can be fun. It also answers all those questions you can about stuff that happened at camp but were afraid to ask. This movie is really for adults because youngsters have nothing to which they can relate in the movie. The acting is excellent; the scenery is spectacular; and this is a great movie for a curl up on the couch and watch movies weekend.

Summary: I loved this movie- I could never see it enough times!
Review: This movie sums up exactly what camp means to those fortunate enough to be able to experience camp once in their lifetime. The cast that was chosen couldn't have been better to portray characters that were returning to their childhood camp for its final week. Any one who has dreamed of going to camp and aquiring these lifelong friendships or any one who can relate to it should definitely see this movie- I never get sick of it- I enjoy it more and more each time I see it!

Summary: Excellent
Review: What a great movie. This is a great movie for a guy who hates "chick flicks". Although it has that element, you'll enjoy every minute.

Alan Arkin and Kevin Pollak are very good in this movie, as is (surprisingly) Bill Paxton.

Has Alan Arkin made a bad movie? I'm beginning to think not.
