After all, both actors tried their best to make this comedy work, a comedy that was flawed from its inception: why would Hudson character need to do that in order to write an article? It would have been enough to interview girls and guys.Anyway, there are a lot of good parts (the "Princess Sophia" thing is hilarious). Only that bloody ending ruined it all...

Review: This movie was very funny but it had it's gaggy some what corny parts. I would recommend that you rent this movie before purchasing. Meaning that this is a one time viewing romance movie, not something that you would want to watch a lot of times like Jerry Maguire or The Wedding Planner.

Review: I love this movie i saw it twice in the movies and now i own it. Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey have a lot of Chemistry. It is super cute and funny. Had me laughen through out the movie. The way the movie is all put together with all the actors is wonderful. I highly recommend this movie.

Summary: ~How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days~ Charming and funny!
Review: This is by far my favorite DVD at the current time. With so many laughs and quirky characters it makes a great way to spend time watching a movie. There's Andie (played perfectly by the adorable and lovable Kate Hudson) who is a writer for a fashion magazine. Then there's Ben (played by Matthew McConaughey-the part could not have went to a better male lead!) who's in advertising. So as to not to give too much away there's two different bets going on from both parties. Andie's is to how to lose a guy in ten days by doing all the things girls do wrong in romantic relationships for her column she writes for the magazine. Ben's is to make a girl fall in love with him in 10 days and if he succeeds he gets the bit he's been wanting to do on diamonds at work.This twist brings Andie and Ben together in a whirlwind of hilarious situations and very amusing scenes.When the ten days are up what will happen? I highly recommend this movie to any romantic comedy lovers~ Watch Kate Hudson at her best- this proves her acting skills are absolutely incredible!
For laughs and amusement this movie is a must! If you have not seen it I highly recommend you do very soon! Also I rate the extras a 9 out of 10! The VHS version is good but the DVD version is definetley worth checking out! The deleted scenes are excellent with or without commentary and the profiles of the stars are something that adds a little something extra to this fantastic film! Definetley try to check this one out!

Review: Ah this film took me back to the glorious days of Rock Hudson and Doris Day, films like
"Lover come back"
and
"Pillow Talk"
or
"That touch of Mink"
with Grant One of those flicks where you can cuddle up on the sofa with your other half, puppy dog, whatever and just escape into some delightful fairytale. Really enjoyable and fun. The chemistry and acting was great and the editing sound everything made it very smooth and a perfect vehicle for escapism. A few others like this for fellow fans are "The Wedding Planner" "Serendipity" and "Pride and Prejudice" to name but a few.

Review: This movie was such a great movie. Kate and Matthew did an excellent job. The best part (obviously for a female) was when Matthew took off his shirt at the beginning. SO HOT. lol. Anyway, I totally recommend it. It is a great comedy. Everyone should see it if you haven't already.
