Summary: To cricize is easy...
Review: ...but art is difficult, as said a french poet/writer a few centuries ago. I would be happy if there was no more from Mr Shannon, because I don't think anyone who can associate 'Beverley Hill Cop" (I can only say I wish I forget having seen it) with "smart" is smart enough to criticize anything, and far from able to produce anything, even of very little worth.
I can be a very bad (and even nasty) spectator while watching some definitely bad shows, but with ones like "Miss Congeniality", when I enjoy most of it, I don't care about spoiling the moment by trying to find what's not so good in it (I'd like to know if there is one which would be 100% perfect, because I've not seen it, yet I have seen quite a lot), which is the only interest for those who enjoy mainly finding faults.

Please ask Mr Shannon to keep his "so-called" reviews to "Beverley Hill Cop" kind of movies, and not to try to spoil what he cannot understand.

Summary: Simply Irresistible
Review: Okay, this isn't a sophisticated Billy Wilder bon bon, nor is it an out-and-out hilarious, outrageous classic, like "Blazing Saddles" or "Airplane!" But "Miss Congeniality" is a keeper, almost in spite of itself. Some of the jokes are stinkers and clinkers, and the spoofing of beauty pageants could have been far sharper. (This is strictly a spoof, not satire.) But Bullock and Co. are delightful throughout, and there are enough priceless moments to keep the smile on your face from start to finish. A genial comedy that I'll be popping into the DVD in future, whenever I need a little harmless (albeit toothless) cheering up.

Summary: Best Sandra Bullock movie
Review: I like this over Two Weeks Notice which is also very good (I'd rate it 4 stars though). For a comedy, Miss Congeniality, is so good. I haven't watched the movie in a month or two and I find myself chuckling about some of the scenes I can recall!

Summary: A Remarkable Surprise Ending For A Chick Flick
Review: This light-hearted female-cop-under-cover caper was fairly routine -- except for the magnificent surprise ending, the way things finally wrapped up between Gracie and Eric. The couple stays at odds throughout the film, and you absolutely will not believe how the relationship plot is resolved at the end. It literally blew me away, it was so unforeseen, so unexpected, a real departure for what could otherwise be considered an armored chick flick.

Summary: Sandra's best to date
Review: I am not a very big fan of Sandra Bullock; however she won me over with this film. I think that I was able to tolerate her sweet nature in this film due to her part. She played someone that I could see her as in real life and that is what changed it all for me. The storyline was great and the characters were well developed. Everyone in this film did a great job in performing their parts. Candice was funny as the over zealous Pagaent opperator. Michael was superb as the person called in to change over Sandra's rough character, so that she could be in the pagaent. A fun film that will please over again and again. Something for any collector of romantic comedies.

Summary: funny, refreshing, most entertaining Sandra Bullock comedy
Review: I loved this when I saw it and even after watching it three times, I still enjoyed it so I went and bought it. This is a delighful comedy which anyone can enjoy over and over. Sandra Bullock is in fine comedic form here, and her stellar costars also perform admirably. If you're a fan, get it because this is one to own. If you're not a fan you may very well become one after Miss Congeniality charms her way into your heart. And of course, who can miss the chance to see Miss 'Murphy Brown' Candice Bergen reincarnate herself in her role? Lots of eye candy for the boys and timeless beauty tips for the girls. This is lighthearted fun without being too fluffy and there's an actual plot too!

Summary: He wants to hug her, he wants to date her.
Review: The greatest problem facing the country is: early release of convicted criminals... and world peace. The is a solid, fun comedy that passes the "Mom and Dad" test and the family "repeat viewing" test. This means that the whole family liked this movie and have watched it multiple times. There is no nudity and the language is acceptable. This one is family safe and fun!

Summary: Hilarious...
Review: This movie is SOOO funny, Bullock does and extraordinary job in this comedy, of course, the story is really good too, even the music sequence in the pageant is amazing, I think this is one of the greatest comedies ever, and one of the finest movies of Sandra, you have to see this, you won't stop laughing.

Summary: Sandra Bullock is amazing
Review: This is a great movie that has everything: drama, witty conversations, humor, action, and pretty pageant gals. Sandra Bullock is hilarious, and this movie really brings out some more of her great comedic talents. It also brings out her beauty as an actor.

Miss Congeniality is about an undercover FBI agent becoming a beauty pageant queen for New Jersey for security reasons. But becoming a beauty queen takes much work and coercion. All I have to see is that you got to see this movie, because it's both hilarious and touching.
