Summary: The best movie of 2001!!!
Review: Kevin Smith is the MAN! J&SBSB is the funniest, raunchiest comedy of 2001! A great script, a great cast, great everything! At one point I was laughing so hard I leterally fell out of my seat! Jay and Silent Bob are two stoners from Red Bank, NJ. They hang out in front of the "Quick Stop" all day selling ... They then find out that there is a movie being made of "Bluntman and Chronic", the comic based on them created by Ben Afleck and Jason Lee in "Chasing Amy". They go to see Affleck wanting money for the production and they find out that he sold his share of the comic to Lee who is also the executive producer of the movie. When they find out also that people are making fun of them on the Internet they set out to Hollywood to wreck the production and hit-up Lee for their money. The movie is funny as hell with great preformances all around, except for the ever annoying Will Ferrell as the Wildlife Marshall. All of the Hollywood cameos are great, and Mark Hammil's is one you will never ever forget! If your looking to laugh see this. Guys, if your looking for a date movie, stay away from this one, I don't think your girlfriend will appreciate it very much. :)

Summary: Another one Bites the Dust.
Review: Final New Jeresy based film on two comic book owners who go to Holywood and make fun of the movie business. This film has everything a bad film has. No story, Blue Jokes, and a mean streak that is repulsive. Several actors and some in the comics business make cameos in this film. Not that it matters much, and Smith has turned his attention to writing comics these days. No wonder the industry has fallen apart because of bad writers like him.

Summary: Kevin Smith's Greatest Hits!
Review: If you are a fan of Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy and Dogma- then you'll love this movie! While the movie has a story of it's own, it is really a "Greatest Hits" package of Kevin Smith's movies. Characters (and actors) from the View Askewniverse pop up in several cameos throughout the film. I recommend seeing this film several times to catch the parts you may have missed the first time around! Kevin Smith has definitely sent Jay and Silent Bob out with a bang!

Summary: that's punk rock
Review: I love every thing about Kevin Smith's movies. I also love Jason Mewes. He is very funny and sexy. I really hope to see more of Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes in the theaters. You two have always cracked me up. Now THAT'S PUNK ROCK!

Summary: Very Silly, enjoyable
Review: This is a very silly movie. If you are walking into the theater expecting 'clerks,' you will be unhappy. Yes, most of the casts of the other movies (and Star Wars) are in this movie, but no, it's not the same kind of movie. Personally, I liked it a lot. I've heard other people say other things. All in all, though, I'd say it's a good capper to the Askewniverse/New Jersey Five-part-Trilogy.

Summary: Only my opinion
Review: I don't choose to see a lot of movies on a regular basis, although my coworkers frequently invite me along. In this case, however, I was the one trying to get others to accompany me. I am a fan of Kevin Smith's work. I admire his intricate use of language and his ability to offer base vulgarity as an artform. I enjoy being part of his target audience, the continuity aware comic book enthusiast. By watching this film, I accepted the thank you card Kevin offered his faithful fanbase. Here's why: As often as the characters in the film mocked the viewer for sitting in the audience, they mocked themselves for their involvement. And I laughed. Boy, did I laugh. From the moment Harley Quinn Smith portrayed her father's alter ego to the symbolic shutting of the book by the omnipotent Canadian musician, I laughed. I loved the over the top introduction of Shannon Elizabeth, the Scooby Gang's cameo, Judd Nelson's role as a Utah police officer, and Daredevil's big screen debut. All the different hats that Kevin wears showed up in one way or another. And I recognized it. I doubt you'd have to be intimately familiar with all of Kevin's work to enjoy the movie as the comedy is broad enough for most filmgoers, but it enhances the experience exponentially.

Summary: THE BEST OF THE NEW JERSEY TRILOGY!!!!!
Review: Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, is the best of the New Jersey Trilogy. If you have seen this Kevin Smith Film, you would know what I am saying. If you haven't seen it go spend the [money], it's definetly worth it. I laughed my [butt] off time and time again and I think I will watch it again tomorrow. Please support these guys by watching this film they deserve it for all there hard earned work.

Summary: height of cheese and campiness
Review: if you love cheesiness and have seen all the previous Kevin Smith films then this one is a must. Everyone is brought into play from all his other movies, along with stealing scenes from others as well. I couldn't stop laughing.

Summary: Thank You Kevin Smith etal.
Review: I've been a Kevin Smith fan since Clerks so of course I loved the latest and last Jersey flick. The crowd reaction in the theatre was well worth the price of admission. Laughs from those new to the Askewniverse were as abundant as those from the rest of us. Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back has a decent plot with enough leverage to let in myriad characters from the first four View Askew flix. The verbal banter sets this film apart from all the other tripe of the summer; it's good to see a film that portrays gen x as intelligent, even if we are addicted to movies. The scene in which the previous characters leave the premiere is classic Kevin and fabulous. Mark Hamill finally says that line we've so longed for. Also, stay until the end of the credits for God's sake. I can't wait to see what Kevin has in store for his fans next but I will truly miss the Askewniverse.

Summary: Jay & Silent Bob rule
Review: Jay & Silent Bob Strike back is awesome. Not only does Kevin Smith provide a great ending to the series I have grown up with; he has done it in style. For non-Smith fans the movie probably will suck but for the die hards it is great. It is sad that Kevin is done with the View Askewniverse but it was a great time.
