Review: SHADES. Not Sticks, SHADES. Change it. I can't stand his name being wrong. Guy and Jimmy were SO cute (sigh)! TB Player was really sweet and cute. Lenny was just stupid in a funny way. I hate Liv- she gets all the luck. Tom is the greatest- love 'im! A true classic about the life of a 60's band. Totally All-American dream life full of chances for nostalgia #1

Review: This has become one of my favorite movies for several reasons: It's a story that holds your interest yet is not burdened with a heavy plot or exaggerated drama. It's fun, with great music, likable characters (loved Tom Everett Scott!) and a good blend of comedy and drama. The nice thing is that there's no sex or bad language, so it doesn't matter who you watch it with. It makes me long for the time when rock n' roll was still "new" and exciting!

Review: It made me feel like I was one of the Beatles going from a common everyday life to superstar musician status in a short period of time(it's not about the Beatles,but it was about a group of American musicians in that era.) The song s were really good,and the acting was was great,overall fabulous movie to watch. much fun for the whole family.

Review: When this movie came out, we thought about seeing it because of Tom Hanks. But it was only the theatres for a short time and we missed it. Now, since it is on video, it has become my kids (15, 12, & 8 years old) favorite movie.
