Summary: A one-of-a-kind classic comedy
Review: It is really such a shame about what happened to actor Paul Reubens and his alter-ego Pee-wee Herman. This is an absolutely delightful, one-of-a-kind classic comedy. The follow-up film, Big Top Pee Wee, while it has it's moments, can't possibly even begin to compare. As one film critic said of this film at the time it was released, just leave your sanity at the door and enjoy it!!

Summary: Lost Bike Equals 'Big Adventure'!
Review: "The stars at night are big and bright, deep in the heart of Texas!" Pure eternity! Tim Burton has the aptitude of a whiz kid! Paul Reubens is immortal as the forever hilarious Pee-Wee Herman. "Good morning, Mr. Breakfast!" YES, talk to those pancakes and Mr. T cereal. Deity! Pee-Wee lost his ultra cool bike to the fat Frances, ultra fat guy. Pee-Wee uses magic toys and travels to the Alamo and the Warner Bros. Studios to wreak havoc. He is my idol! Pure superior to the human race! Tim Burton hasn't made a masterpiece in a long time such as this. "Beetlejuice" was decent and "Mars Attacks!" was comical, but this movie will go down in history as the greatest comedy ever made. Ever-lasting joy! Pee-Wee shows the kind of relationship with his bike that mothers and children should have. Forget "Big Top Pee-Wee," I love this movie and I will support Pee-Wee until I'm on my deathbed where my last request will be to watch "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" and to have a pancake breakfast made into a happy face. "I pity the fool who don't like this movie!"

Summary: Pee-Wee's Hilarious Adventure
Review: This movie is pure genious. It the best Pee-wee movie you will probably see. Its about goofy Pee-wee Herman(Paul Reubens) , and his big adventure basically across the country looking for his beloved bike that he worships.Up, down, left , and right he looks for it everywhere , but in the end he eventually finds it in Hollywood being used in a movie and he gets it back.

-Be sure to watch his famous bar scene dancing to "tequilla"

Summary: Pee Wee's awesome adventure!
Review: Whats cooler than seeing Paul Reubens riding a fully loaded 1950's "James Bond" style bike? Not much.... Unless you count a kick a** cameo by Dee Snyder and Amityville horror's James Brolin! This film is so strange yet charming at the same time. It's got a great cast and written/directed by one of my favorite directors. This is entertainment at it's most wackiest and best. I used to love this movie as a kid, so do yourself a favor and pick up this 80's treasure!

Summary: One of my favorites...
Review: Pee Wee's Big Adventure has been one of my favorite movies since I fist saw it when I was a kid. Of course, Pee Wee himself is a strange guy, but this film is packed with quirky characters who all add something special. The story is a little forced, but that aspect only adds to the campy value that this film possesses. The plot is basically just an excuse for Pee Wee to travel around, meet weird people, and do crazy things. The first few minutes of this film are the most entertaining, beginning when Pee Wee wakes up. The breakfast scene is classic. I used to rewind it over and over again when I was a kid because it's so funny. The other classic part is the ending, where Pee Wee reunites with all the friends he's met and plays a small role in his own movie, even though his voice is dubbed over. Hilarious stuff. This is funny for all ages. And you have to respect it because it was directed by Tim Burton and cowritten by Phil Hartman, and those two guys aren't known for making crap. I pity anyone who doesn't love this movie. [...]

Summary: Simply the Best!
Review: This is one of the best movie's ever made. I rented it for my brothers and sisters to watch (and of course for me to watch-to bring back old memories) and I was amazed and overjoyed at their responses and how fresh it was, even though i'd seen it before. The whole family was in stitches! There isn't one single part in this movie that's not fun. It's very sweet, and purely innocent, but at the same tme there's a very mischievious deviant undertone that makes it so everyone, reguardless of age will love it. You get really into the story and the characters. It's a mixture of Paul Reuben's and Tim Burton's genius combined. Can their be a better mix, really now?
I'm definetely buying it, one way or another, my favorite and will always be.

Summary: Tim Burton's Weirdest Film Ever
Review: This movie is pretty freaking weird. If you're a Tim Burton fan and you're thinking about seeing this then please do. Basically everything about this movie is just strange. Even the parts that aren't trying to be strange still are because of the fact that Pee-Wee is an overgrown man-child freak.

One of the most messed up comedies to come out of the 80's. If you like the weirdness of Beetlejuice and can find humour in annoying things (like Pee-wee herman) then watch it.

Summary: Now This is a Movie!!
Review: This is one of the greatest films ever made. Not just comedies, but movies in general. Pee Wee Herman deserves to be remembered forever for this movie, because it was a stroke of pure genious. From Large Marge to Paris, Texas, this movie is a pure joy to watch that I cannot live without!

Paul Reubens does such an amazing job of playing an innocent child-like adult. His house is a kids dream house, and any grown-up who doesn't realize that place would be an absolute joy to live in doesn't deserve to be a grown-up! This movie is complete 80's nostalgia for me since I saw way too many times as a baby of the 80s. Oh yeah, and who can forget the pet-store scene! This movie rocks! That's right it does, it just completely rocks all!!!

Summary: Amazing every time.
Review: Although I can speak along nearly word-for-word with this movie, it never gets old. It is simply one of the funniest things I have ever seen, period. Paul Reubens is brilliant, and the story is so ridiculously hysterical and amazing and epic...I adore this movie.

Summary: Tell them Large Marge sent ya......
Review: This movie was funny and fun for all the family, from a time when movies could be made for children that were good and wholesome. It's just a shame that some people let his personal life ruin his career, who hasn't jacked it during a dirty movie, what was a cop doing there in the first place. Sources tell me that the cop proposistioned Paul Rueben and he refused it, so the cop got mad and made threatened to blackmail Paul, but Paul said no and the cop arrested him and went to the media to ruin him. I can look past the jacking the the theater, he kept his personnal life separate from his professional, and he never had any negative incident with children, unlike Jacko who never seems to be ruined by accusations of moleting children. Pee-Wee was a classic and great show/movies - I wish he could return to the lovable Pee-Wee Herman and put the jacking it in a movie in the past.
