Review: This was one of the best movies I have ever seen. There couldn't have been anyone better to play Jamie and Landon then Mandy Moore and Shane West. This movie shows how important it is to be faithful in everyone. I loved this movie because it was sad, funny, and I had a good time watching it. This is definitly worth your time.

And that life may be too short so you better make good decisions each and every day! Mandy Moore is adorable in this film!

Review: I loved this move. Not only is it a sad love story, but it teaches all teens like myself a wonderful lesson of love and acceptance. it was beautiful and makes you cry of saddness and happiness. I find it impossible not to love.

Review: I READ THE BOOK EARLIER IN THE YEAR AND WAS A LITTLE LEARY ABOUT WATCHING THE MOVIE. THE LAST SPARKS BOOK TURNED MOVIE I DID NOT ENJOY. WELL THIS MOVIE COMPLETELY SURPRISED ME, I LOVED IT. I WATCH A GREAT DEAL OF MOVIES AND THIS ONE TOUCHED ME IN SO MANY WAYS, THE ACTING WAS GREAT AND SINCE I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA THE SCENERY WAS ALSO WONDERFUL. I DID ENJOY THE SCENE WHERE JAMIE ORDERED SWEET TEA, BUT IF YOU LIVE HERE YOU KNOW YOU ONLY HAVE TO ORDER TEA(IT IS ALWAYS SWEET). THIS MOVIE IS NOT JUST FOR TEENAGERS, I AM 26 AND WOULD RECOMMEND OWNING THIS MOVIE TO ANYONE WHO ASKED.

Review: When my friend told me about this movie, I was a bit surprised that Mandy Moore was a lead. My friend convinced me to spend my money and see it... So, not expecting much, I sat down to my popcorn and wondered how long it would be.... then the movie started.....
I cryed for the better part of the movie!!! It was one of the best teen movies ever!! It doesn't have the crued jokes you find in teen movies, nor the unbelievable love stories. Jamie and Landon are two totally different people who come together in a play, and fall in love.... After the movie I ran out to Borders and grabbed the book. The book, though different from the movie, was just as good, even better!!! Anyone who hasnt seen this movie needs to rush to...rent it!!!!
I loved it and so will you!!! You'll laugh and you'll cry!!!

Summary: Great story, but the DVD is lacking
Review: I saw "A Walk to Remember" twice in theaters and liked it so much that I bought and read the book, which was also good. When I saw that the DVD would be coming out, I was really excited to get to see all of the deleted scenes and commentaries; however, I found the DVD has no deleted scenes on it at all.
I listened to the commentary by Adam Shankman, Mandy Moore and Shane West and was very shocked to hear Shankman say he had 36 deleted scenes from which to choose for inclusion on the DVD. Several times, the three would joke about a scene that had been deleted and tell the DVD listener that they may be able to see that very scene on this DVD. It was fun to hear them talk about them, but why can't we watch them?
I still can't give this DVD a bad rating. "A Walk to Remember" is too amazing of a movie to do that, but as DVDs go, this one falls short.

Summary: A real feel good movie
Review: Like many others, I thought this book would go down the same path as many other "teen" love story movies go down, but this one is different. Mandy Moore and Shane West are excellent in this movie and their chemistry really works. In today's society, you don't find too many teenagers that would really go through a love like they have found, so maybe it is somewhat unrealistic, but I would like to believe that there are teenagers who possess these feelings and could turn their life around like Landon did. I think the character of Jamie is outstanding. A girl who doesn't care what others think. Her character had a lot of heartwarming spunk and wit!!!! If you want a good cry and just a good overall feeling, watch this movie!!!!! It is excellent. I never heard of Mandy Moore before this and she is outstanding!!!! I will watch her again on the Big Screen!!! As for Shane West, he was also outstanding. I would only hope that when my girls are that age, they would find a boy like Landon Carter!

Review: I really enjoyed this movie. It was well written and it actually made sense! I think that Shane West and Mandy Moore did their roles very well. It was almost like they really were Landon and Jamie. It was like they weren't just made up. I was very impressed and I am going to get it soon. The chemistry between the characters was fabulous. Totally awesome!!!

Review: I love this movie! I didn't get a chance to see it at the movies(I wanted to!). So, I rented it as soon as it came out last week. I loved it, it was so incredibly sweet. That's what true love should be like. I loved it so much that I bought the DVD on Friday and then had to go get the soundtrack on Sunday. I love it too! This is a movie that I will love and cherish forever. I cry like five times during the movie, Mandy Moore is wonderful in it and I now am in love with Shane West! I recommend that you buy both the movie and soundtrack. My only pet peeve with the DVD is there are no deleted scenes:( But the commentary with Shane, Mandy, and Adam Shankman is funny.

Review: i think that this is the best movie i've ever seen. shane west playes a perfect bad boy turned good. mandi moore is a great actress. britney doesn't even compare. this a story that makes me believe in love again. these two played their roles perfectly and deserve more credit than i can give. the movie differed from the book but was ten times better. giving back the book instead of the rings was ingenius. kept the love story going. thanks for the great movie. jackie miller
