Review: I am a bright guy - good college..law degree... I think this is one of the five funniest movies I have ever seen...Watch it once..if you do not like it, forget about it. If you like it - BUY IT! By the third time you see it you willl love it. I RARELY watch movies more than once, but this is a must MULTIPLE VIEW!

Summary: Mallrats is very funny and well done
Review: Mallrats is extremely funny and well done. I am a bit disappointed in the directors commentary (DVD version). Kevin Smith seems to be less than impressed with the film. I personally find it extremely enjoyable and entertaining, despite the fact that it was not a "blockbuster" The value of a film like this is in the interactions between the characters and the dialogue, both of which this film does very well, better than most actually. I can recomend this to anyone without any reservations.

Summary: Kevin Smith's Best...
Review: MALLRATS is, in my opinion, the best of the Jersey Trilogy. Funny as hell and very smart. The romantic stuff gets a little annoying, but the brilliant and hilarious performance by Jason Lee makes this movie great. Jeremy London, who played the whiny boyfriend T.S., gives the only poor performance, other than that the acting is very impressive. Hilarious and highly recommended by me.

Summary: One rad dvd
Review: This was simply the best DVD. So many extras only add to the greatness of the actual movie. The commentary is hilarious. Buy this DVD!

Summary: A must for any Kevin Smith fan
Review: Well, yes, this movie remains infamous in a love-it-or-hate-it way, but if you're a fan of Kevin Smith's work, this DVD is a must for the incredible wealth of ancillary materials available on it. From the hilarious and informative commentary track (the studio wanted Seth Green or Breckin Meyer to play Jay?) to the deleted scenes to the interviews to the stills to the "Build Me Up, Buttercup" video, no inhabitant of the View Askew-niverse can afford to NOT have this gem in his or her collection.

Summary: The potential of DVD realized (for now)!
Review: I've already critiqued the film in this space; now a few words about the DVD: A very good transfer, looks and sounds great, packed with more extras than you can imagine, and enhanced for widescreen TVs. This treatment has been applied only to this, the weakest film in K. Smith's Jersey Trilogy, but it's a good example of what we should demand from the studios. Movie: 3 stars, DVD treatment: 5 stars.

Summary: Excellent, just plain excellent.
Review: If you watch this movie once, you wont get it. If you watch this movie twice, you will think it was kind of funny. By the time you watch Mallrats 5 or 6 times, you will never be able to let go. With dialog that would make most writers wet their pants, youve got to give this film a couple tries. --Hey...Arent you the guy that broke up with Brandy Svenig? WHAM!---

Summary: good to relax to
Review: how can you NOT like this film if you like any of the other parts of the New Jersey Trilogy. this film doesn't nearly get the respect it deserves. for instance, the kid on the elevator, jay's great comments, and the KEY element: Jason Lee. by far, one of the most recitable movies (great dialogue) that takes NO brain power to relax to.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very funny movie.
Review: I recorded this movie off of Starz! and I watch it all the time. Each time you watch it, it gets better and better because you hear jokes you didn't hear the time before and notice things you didn't before. Definately quality viewing. Pick up the soundtrack, cause it's cool too.
