Summary: Funny when you least expect it
Review: This movie has "Goofy" written all over it, but it was entertaining. I'll admit that the "Eu-googly" joke was a bit over the top, but Stiller makes Derek Zoolander loveable despite his stupidity. Although I think it was Owen Wilson who stole the show. I can totally see him in that type of role. He's got that good-looking, happy-go-lucky, means-no-harm funniness about him that totally suits the role of Hansel. The script is just goofy funny. It was meant to poke fun at male models and the modelling world, but still highlights their appeal. Overall, a great light-hearted no brainer flick to lift your spirits at the end of a bad day. :)

Review: I watched this movie while tripping on acid with spider monkeys.
I thought it rocked!

Summary: Exceeded My Expectations
Review: I love Ben Stiller and eagerly anticipated this movie after learning about it's premise. However, I didn't see it in theatres because it received lukewarm reviews in the press and I had a friend who didn't rave about it. I finally saw it on cable a few weeks ago and it was HILARIOUS. I know a little bit about fashion and the industry so I could relate and laugh at so many of the jokes. It's probably funny no matter what your knowledge of the fashion world is based on all of these positive reviews. It seems like you'll either love it or hate it. I think that makes it worth seeing on cable or renting. I'm going to watch it again tonight on cable then I'm going to order the DVD. I loved it, but it's certainly not for everyone.

Summary: If you love witty-dorky humor
Review: This movie was funny. I LOVED it's dorkiness and it's puns. I laughed throughout the entire thing. Celebrites show up left and right. And to see stars like David Bowie (Mmm...sexy) being quirky is amazing. If you love stupid-humor or if you just want to laugh watch this fantastic movie.

Summary: Moisture is the essence of wetness
Review: This is one of the funnier movies I can think of. Not only does it have perfect bone structure, but it is honestly the one Ben Stiller movie that I can stand. Owen Wilson is one of the funniest men alive in hollywood.
It is definitely silly comedy, in the vein of Saturday Night Live, but it puts movies like A Night at the Roxbury to shame. You won't learn any deep meanings of life watching this movie, but you will see a gasoline fight which is worth the price of admission.
And you thought I couldn't eugugolize good.

Summary: So ridiculous it's funny...
Review: This directorial debut for film funny-man Ben Stiller is so stupid, so goofy, so outrageous that it's incredibly hilarious. At some points, I was laughing so hard my side hurt. But take warning: some of the jokes are somewhat offensive. Roger Ebert gave this movie a one-star because he didn't like the fact that the plot centered around the assassination of a world leader from Malaysia. What Ebert failed to understand is that the movie doesn't want to be taken seriously at all! Cool it, Ebert! It's just a joke! Ben Stiller is constantly hilarious as our hero, Derek Zoolander, a male model with "3% bodyfat, 1% brain activity." It you like this kind of stuff (which I do) this movie is right up your alley. But if you get offended when the bad guy wants to kill a world leader, go see some Disney movie.

Summary: No, JUST SAY NO
Review: I got this movie thinking it might actually be funny. NO
I thought the idea sounded good and could be done well. NO
I have never seen a more stupid movie in my entire life. This is even worse than Fargo and Raising Arizona, two movies at the top of the stupid pile.

JUST DON'T DO IT

Summary: The Greatest Movie Of All Time, Ever, Worldwide
Review: ZOOLANDER is the greatest movie ever made. It was, and is, so far ahead of its time that it's no wonder the American public was unable to appreciate it during its theatre run. Zoolander's epic journey through self-discovery and actualization should serve as a lesson for us all that really, really, really good looking people can have a hard time in life as well - even though they will eventually triumph.

Some people, all of whom are ugly, say that Zoolander is somehow lacking as a film. These ugly people are unable to surrender themselves to the magical glory of this fine art. Naturally, this is another instance in which ugly people are so very wrong; as ugly people so often are. People who don't enjoy Zoolander are also not fully developed personalities, and are clearly jealous. Of Zoolander. Or Hansel.

I urge you to buy this movie. Not only will you be supporting the arts in general, but you'll be supporting the really, really, really good looking people with perfect body structure and chisled abs and thick hair who may not have it as easy as you imagine they do.

Summary: Greatest movie ever!
Review: This movie is absolutely brilliant. It is so stupid, it's hillarious! If you truly understand and appreciate the comedy of this movie then you are the coolest. I can't think of anyone who could have played the parts better than Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Will Farrell! I definitely recommend this movie...it will make you laugh like no other movie!
