Review: What a fabulous romantic comedy!
Marlon Brando and Faye Dunaway are great as the middle-age couple who re-discover their romance with the help of Johnny Depp's Don Juan. Depp is mesmerizing as the title character, describing the way a woman should be loved and entertaining the audience with his wit and bravado. Brando -at his sympathetic best - is captivated with the story of Don Juan and determined to re-capture his own life of romance with the incomparable Dunaway. This is fun, all the way through and highly recommended for the die-hard romantic. Johnny Depp takes your breath away - taking seduction to a whole new level. Bravo!!!!!

Review: This is a perfect movie for a date night or to cuddle next to your love one. Johnny Dep is a great actor and he easily captivate you through the entire movie, in a world full of romance and passion. Many dialogues that you would listen will sound like a love poem and you will feel the desire to be loved and to love.

Review: This movie wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. The story line was bland and colorless. The characters however were good. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a romantic comedy, it wasn't all that funny as it was cutsie. This seemed like a tv made for television. Kind of hoaky but barable. If you are a fan of Brando, Dunaway or Depp this movie will please you.

Summary: I Love This Movie
Review: This is a great movie and is quite romantic. While everyone in the cast does a good job it is Johnny Depp who once again steals the movie from everyone. He is an amazing actor although highly underrated I think. His characterization of Don Juan (the world's greatest lover) is great. He is very good at adapting accents into his characters and this one is no exception. You would think that two legendary stars like Marlon Brando and Faye Dunaway who have had very successful careers for more than three decades would steal scenes from Johnny Depp but it is him who ends stealing scenes from the two of them. This film is very good and I enjoyed it very much, it is one of my favorites. It's a simple movie with a simple plot. There are no twists and turns and no surprises. It is a real feel good movie and as I said everyone does a good job but is Johnny Depp who's excellent performance dominates this movie from beginning to end. It is a very nice little movie that everyone who's a bit of dreamer will enjoy and if even you're not a dreamer, lighten up you can always take things (especially life too seriously). You will really enjoy this movie and I think everyone who still believes in romance should see it. You will love it, great movie and great actors what more can you ask for in a movie.

Summary: glorious love, impetuous youth.
Review: I marveled at this movie. It should have been cheesy and manipulative, but instead it was funny, awesomely sincere, and transporting. When I wasn't smiling, I was laughing.The actors were all fantastic. The relationships felt completely appropriate. When Brando and Depp were sparing, the chemistry crackled and the electricity flowed. There seemed to be a genuine fondness and regard between them that only added to the believability of their movie relationship. Brando's scenes with Dunaway were also wonderful. I loved the fellow that played the chief of staff, "Madrid? In Spain?" The fables that Depp's character spun to support his claims were as fantastical and entertaining as those of 'Schaherazade', and just as exotic. The scene when he is presented to the sultana was a riot. "I still didn't understand why I was required to be in drag!" Enjoy this one. Its unique.

Review: this is a great movie and I recommend it to any Depp, Dunaway or Brando fan. Depp is a patient of Brandos because he thinks hes Don Juan DeMarco and Brando has to be his pschiatrist to find out if Depp is really the worlds greatest lover. charming and delightful with Depp spewing words that are strange, off putting and funny at the same time.

Review: Don Juan Demaro (Depp)is a man who believes he is the greatest lover in the World and Marlon Brando is the man who tries to cure him. Absolutely great acting, hilarous and entertaining plot line. If you can't get into this story than what beats in your chest is a lump of coal. The musical score is scintilating. Whats not to like??

Review: Every woman deserves to be loved in no less a way. If you are a man and have a heart , an imagination, a sense of romance and great adventure .. there is no greater film than Don Juan DeMarco. Swept away is the only words that apply. The great Marlon Brando and Johnny Depp are outstanding. Women will cry, men will remember what it mean to truely be a man, to make a woman feel she is the greatest creature on earth. Each woman is special and distinct .. tonight if you watch this dvd or video tape .. watch it with the woman you love most in the world, hold her, tell her what you feel for her, look at the world that can be.. let romance live and as Marlon found out.. you will come to life also. I recommend this to children, adults, old and young, the cynical, the dreamers and the non-believers alike. There is no heart that can be closed to the romance of the great Don Juan.. we can all be like that... if we choose ..and to me that is the great message of Don Juan ... hats off to all involved. it has touched my life and my romantisism ... and those who I love most in the world.. thank you Mr. Levins for bring to life the best part that exists inside us all.. no matter how buried..Bobby Foresta
