Summary: A family classic , hands down
Review: The organ music, the picnic speech, the old ladies in the rooming house, etc....... All unforgettable scenes of great Halloween fun for my family and me for over 3 decades. One closing comment... the funniest scene... Luther attempting to board the elevator. Brings my dad to tears every time. Thank heaven for Don Knotts!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Don Knotts at his best! Nervous as ever.
Review: A cult movie in my opinion. This movie has the kind of emotions that made Don Knotts a legend, and its suitable for the whole family! How rare is that?!

Summary: Mortar, Stone, and wood
Review: This is THE best movie ever! My mom showed it to me and my sister, it was HER favorite movie when she was a kid. Now it's mine. It's a perfect slumber-party movie!

Summary: "That Electrician Must Be a Democrat"
Review: Luther's (Don Knotts) speech at the C of C Picnic is one of the funniest moments in movie history. This movie improves greatly after you've seen it 6 or 7 times.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: For the music alone, worth a look
Review: Can't find one that you AND the kids can watch? Well, here it is. Like most 60's movies, is a little slow for our MTV kids, but my 12 year old laughed along with me (and I laughed when I saw it as a kid, too)! Hint: Learn how to play the theme for Hallowe'en, show the movie, too!

Summary: BOO!
Review: Pusillanimous cub reporter takes dare from worldly journalist that he spend night in haunted house. If he not cowers away, he wins the girl of his dreams. Should he flea, he'll admit his delusionary cowardice in Town Square. Cub's nocturnal passion rules as he enters Haunted House with flash-light in hand. Too scared to find his way out until dawn, he wins the hand of his dreams! Silly and childish. Cool family entertainment. PS: Vanity Fair provides the necessary musical interludes. This is perhaps a minor classic in the slapstick/sight-gag vein. Funny.

Summary: Hilarious!
Review: I remember seeing this movie as a child and fell in love with it. Don Knotts is great and how could anyone forget the spooky organ music?!?! I can't wait to watch it with my kids!

Summary: Atta Boy, Luther!
Review: Number one on my list of classic comedies. Don Knotts cracks me up in this movie and the music is just as lovable as the quirky faces of Don Knotts.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Classic! Classic! Classic!
Review: Don Knotts is the funniest man on the planet! This movie has been a family favorite of ours for 30+ years. My brother snuck in the movie's theme music at my wedding and yelled "Atta boy, Luther!" This movie has brought plenty of happy memories growing up and will provide more happy memories in the future.

Summary: A Blast from the Drive Inn Movie Past
Review: This movie has been a favorite of mine since seeing it as a child at the local drive-in theatre. The acting isn't great and the story is far fetched, but it is full of good natured fun. For those of us that grew up in the 60's there are alot of actors to recognize, plus the original Psycho house was used for the outdoor shots of the "Murder House" or it that "Murder/Suicide House"? So for all you baby boomers, get the video, round up the kids and share part of your era with them. Don Knott's provides comedy that goes from generation to generation.
