Summary: A CLASSIC!
Review: Raising Arizona has the funniest quotes ever, and I think this was Nicolas Cage's best work ever!

"I'll be uh...takin' these here Huggies and uh...any cash ya got there."

And, how can anyone forget:

"Son you got a panty on your head."

or

"I think I got the best one."

or

"Here's the instructions."

I don't see how anyone couldn't like this movie, and, judging by the customer comments, no one does!

Summary: Every line is a quotable classic
Review: I have watched this movie more times than I care to admit. This is the funniest dialog ever written for film. Practically every line is a classic. Sheer genious from those whacky Coen brothers.

Summary: Son...you have a pantyhose on yer head.
Review: WOW... Its's finally on DVD!!! This movie is just great!! It's one of my all time favorites There are laughs one after another and Nick Cage plays a pretty good hick. Go and buy this one.

Summary: "Not Unless You Think Round is Funny."
Review: I agree with all of the reviews. This is truly one of the funniest films ever made. The first 10-15 minutes of the film, before the credits even roll, are utter genius. And the above quote is my all-time favorite movie line.

Summary: Nicolas Cage kept me off of my seat with laughter.
Review: This movie will keep you laughing. A normal 5 day rental, you will watch Raising Arizona at least 3-4 times. I am a college student and venerate Raising Arizona as my favorite movie of all time. You will understand when Cage will settle for nothing less than Huggies.

Summary: One of the Best Movies Ever!
Review: When the pizazz has gone out of your life and you preminisce no return of the salad days, pop this baby in the VCR and laugh, laugh, laugh.

Nicholas Cage and Holly Hunter really show off their comedic talents. Here is also a change to see John Goodman in an earlier role.

One of my all time favorites....

Summary: WACKY WONDEFUL AND WEIRD
Review: This is a side-splitting romp. Fresh and hilarious, the acting is top notch, and the exhilarating camerawork takes your breath away. A typically brlliant and twisted take on life from the Coen Brothers, and so so SO much better than most of the superficial and shallow trash beling released at the moment..

Summary: Do these blow up into funny shapes?
Review: Forget the wonderful camera work, the great performances, the yodelling . . . what this movie is all about is CLASSIC quotes:

Parole Officer: "Recidivism. REPEAT-OFFENDER. Not a pretty name is it, Hi?"

Hi: "No sir, that's one bonehead name, but that ain't me any more"

Parole Officer: "You're not just telling us what we want to hear, are you?"

Hi: "No sir, no way"

Parole Officer: "Because we just want to hear the truth . . ."

Hi: "Well, then I guess I AM telling you what you want to hear"

Parole Officer: "BOY, DIDNT WE JUST TELL YOU NOT TO DO THAT??"

Hi: "Yessir!"

Parole Officer: "OK, then."

Summary: If you want to "laugh till you leak," this is your flick!
Review: This movie is right up there with "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" as one of the funniest movies of all time. The Fact that Nicholas Cage did not get an Academy Award nomination for best performance by an actor is proof of the corruption of the system! Barry Sonnenfeld, director of "Men In Black," is the director of photography in this film, and it shows. Great, memorable dialogue. Wonderful camera work. Absolutely hysterical. You'll love this movie or my name ain't Nathan Arizona of Unpainted Arizona! We'll give you a good deal!

Summary: gets better and better every time you watch it
Review: I might be in the minority here, but I think that this is the Coen brothers' best work. Yes, Fargo is an amazing movie, but this stands out in my mind as the most original, hillarious, and uniquely made movie I've seen in such a long time. I never get tired of watching it ... the acting is outstanding as well.
