Summary: THEY DON'T MAKE 'EM LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!!
Review: A CLASSIC...that's it in a nutshell. Most musicals that are turned into movies are not that great. But on the other hand this one is amazing. Frank Sinatra may not have a big part, but what he is in his super and that goes for the lead character Marlon Brando, too. Everyone should see this movie sometime soon. THIS IS A CLASSIC!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PROMOSE!

Summary: Best Musical Ever Made
Review: I have loved this musical since I was a little girl. I saw it for the first time on stage in a community theatre in small town Louisiana. I enjoyed it so much that I rented the movie and instantly fell in love. Once upon a time I owned a copy of the movie and watched it once a week at least. Unfortunately a fire melted my movie and I have settled for the television version. Not the same! This is a good, family film. It is one of those rare films that can be watched over and over again. You will never tire of it!

Summary: Who Knew Marlon Brando Could Dance?
Review: I liked the movie a lot. In fact, I liked it enough to purchase it after seeing it only once. The movie had the typical plot of a musical: Boy meets girl, boy falls in love with girl, girl won't give boy the time of day, they end up getting married. There's a certain twist on it that makes it different than any other movie I've seen. It's the gambling and the bets. The soundtrack was wonderful, except for the song "I'll Know," in which both Marlon and Miss Simmons sound a bit off key. Excepting that song, the movie was excellent.

Summary: One of my all time favorite musicals as a movie
Review: This is a movie you can watch with anyone. The cast is superb all the way to the bit players. Light, happy, and comical with songs you find yourself humming without even noticing. It should definitely be re-released. Nicely Nicely Johnson is great with "Sit down, you're rocking the boat."

Summary: Wonderful in every way
Review: When I first saw Guys and Dolls, I didn't even know Brando was in it, even though I was a huge fan of his. I was pretty surprised and delighted when he came on the screen. I seem to be the only one that thinks his singing was decent, though. Frank Sinatra also adds star quality to this film, playing the troubled Nathan Detroit. With numbers like the classic "Luck Be A Lady", "If I Were A Bell" and more, Guys and Dolls is a dynamite musical as well as an entirely enjoyable comedy and a charming romance. It is my favorite film of all time, though it only outranks West Side Story on my list because Marlon Brando is in it. I would reccomend this film to anyone who enjoys quality cinema.

Summary: THIS IS THE GREATEST MUSICAL EVER!!!!
Review: This is my all time favorite musical. I love this movie and i try to watch it all the time. I have recently starred in a stage production of the musical, and i have watched this movie even more since then. I just love the songs (cant get them out of my head!!!) and the acting is just wonderful. Sinatra and Brando are great in this movie! You have to see this one, even if you're not a fan of musicals. I have met many people who had hated musicals, but changed their minds after seeing this one. I only wish someone would bring it out on DVD. I f anyone knows about this, pleae email me!!!

Summary: THEY DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE!!!
Review: THE SINGING IS UNTOUCHABLE! IT WAS "GONE WITH THE WIND" CASTING (COULDN'T IMAGINE ANYONE ELSE GIVING A BETTER PERFORMANCE). THE ACTING SUBLIME, SARAH BROWN'S INSECURITY SPILLS OUT OF THE TV, AND THE LOOKS SKY MASTERSON GIVES HER IN MOST SCENES COULD MELT AN ICEBERG. IN ALL WAYS IT IS TOP NOTCH QUALITY, THEY JUST DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE!!!

Summary: An original, Brando, Sinatra,Simmons will steal your heart
Review: Just to see Brando and Sinatra on the same screen is a pleasure in itself. But to have Brando have the lead in a musical instead of Sinatra will not only surprise, but delight you beyond your classic movie expectations. You'll be singing the songs for a week.A definite date flick.

Summary: My favorite movie of all time!
Review: I saw this movie for the first time on t.v. at 3:00am, it was the only thing on! I made it a point to see it again the next day! I have seen the movie more times than I could possibly count. Many people have said that Marlon Brando was miscast as Sky Masterson, but since seeing that movie, I am a devoted fan. The movie is colorful, musical and entertaining! I know every song by heart and I never grow tired of seeing it when it is on t.v.! As soon as I can find the movie, I am going to add it to my collection. Believe me when I say this is a movie worth seeing again and again!
