Rating: Summary: 1 Star is a compliment Review: This film is rated the worst movie ever produced. And rightfully so. Mystery Science 3000 could have a blast with this.
Rating: Summary: The worst, hardly. Review: There are a number of real bad movies over the years. horror movies take no back seat. Have you ever seen the creaping unknown, pure junk.Another one is It came from under the sea.Redicules.Those are just two and there are many more. Thanks for listing
Rating: Summary: A bad movie indeed, but not the worst. Review: Years ago, the old 'Thriller Theater' show on WPIX-TV used to show a promo with bits of old horror and sci-fi films in it, and one old bit featured a warped-looking woman with long nails ambling towards the camera. It used to scare the daylights outta me! Imagine my surprise when, years later, I saw 'Plan 9' and realized it was Vampira struttin' her stuff in that old promo! 'Plan 9...'is one of those great ol' corny sci-fi flicks that you can watch over and over again. The fact that Ed Wood was tryin' to make a serious sci-fi film makes it even funnier! But is it the worst of all time? I don't think so. Try watching 'The Creeping Terror' or 'Horror of Party Beach', two very bad films indeed!
Rating: Summary: Not the best movie in the world but--------- Review: Ed wood might not be the best director, but you have to give him credit for getting funds, people, and resourses to put his films together. Not to many people could get as far as he did with nothing to start with. I give him 5 stars for at least trying his best at providing films that all of us can enjoy watching while at the same time know we can still watch blockbuster films at anytime.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST OF THE WORST Review: What can I say? Inept director Edward D. Wood, Jr. created a classic on a miniscule budget 40 years ago while trying to cash in on the last footage shot of Bela Lugosi. His wife's chiropractor was enlisted as a double for Lugosi, but appeared with a cape over the lower half of his face in the hopes that no one would notice the difference. The hulking Swedish wrestler Tor Johnson as the police detective is a gas. The inspiration for all late-night horror movie hostesses appears with Johnson as a Zombie. I can only hope that "Mystery Science Theater 3000" doesn't air this classic -- their puppets' dialogue would interfere with tall the laughter brought on by the paper plate UFOs, shower curtain alien command center, and pompous narrator. See it again soon!
Rating: Summary: The best worsed Review: To say this movie is bad is an understatement. But you got to admit that it's the most hilarious comedy you've ever seen. Not on purpose but it's most astonishing how much junk they can fit in a mere hour or so. To put this movie down is to say what's truly good about it. In my mind, this movie is the cult classic of the fifties and is just as entertaining as Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Rating: Summary: so bad it's funny! Review: This film is so horrible it's funny! It's well worth your time to sit back and watch the cardboard gravestones wobble in the wind. See the flying saucers made of paper plates. See the actor who replaced bella lagosi after he died mid-production. And if you can stomach the horrible dialogue you're a better man than I. So funny it hurts. Buy this, watch it with your friends!
Rating: Summary: The "KING"of camp classics Review: This is my all time favorite "camp classic".Its great to watch over and over again to catch all of the "flubs".The flying saucers on strings, the shower curtain in the flying saucer.the cardboard tombstones and the hilarious dialogue. The list goes on and on.This is the best of the worst.I've watched it more than any movie in my collection.
Rating: Summary: Worst movie, ever. You can't understand until you see it. Review: The absolute worst movie ever made, without question. Bela Lugosi "shines" as the old man, come back from the dead. If you don't see it for the riveting plotline, see it for it's inept dialogue and horrific acting. Hilarious. Quote: "I don't know, but I'm gunna wop it in the back of the head with this stick." -Kelton. This is definately one for the movie collection if you have lost the will to live. Ed Wood's "genius" is blatantly shown in yet another one of his under-budgeted "works". You can't believe how horrible it is until you see it for yourself.
Rating: Summary: MASTERPIECE Review: GONE WITH THE WIND,TAKE A BOW.THE ZENITH OF AMERICAN CINEMA.CECIL B CAN'T COMPARE TO ED WOOD!!
