Summary: BIRDIE NUM NUM!
Review: The funniest film I've ever seen. Sellers performance is magnificient.I have seen the video ten years ago but I'm still laughing.I may say that this film is the best film in my archieve.Watch the scenes when he's in the pool and the dialogs with the old lady! Peter Sellers is my favorite actor , I admire him all the time.

Summary: ONe of the Funniest movies ever! Ever!
Review: Peter Sellers is genius in this film, in which he plays an Indian actor called Hrundi V. Bakshi. He gets accidentally invited to a party from a director whose film he accidentally destroyed. Basically the movie is one big accident, that just keeps getting funnier and funnier. I can't write about it, because its something you just have to see, for the way Peter Sellers plays his Indian character with a childlike innocence that is amazing. Its just too funny, not to watch. Its not intellectual, and it still stands up today. Worth seeing....BIRDIE NUM NUM...

Summary: one of the greats
Review: Okay, this movie is hilarious, a little long but it is wonderful. Sellers is one of the best actors of all time, and his indian accent proves it!

Summary: Gatecrashing the party
Review: Lets put it this way, although as other people have said, it is a bit slow in places, you cannot refrain from wanting to visit this party over and over again. I first saw it 15 years ago and am still not bored with it. For all of you who havn't seen it, why not get yourself an invitation and settle down to 90 mins of fun.

Summary: You can never get sick of this comedy!
Review: I first saw this movie almost twenty years ago, and it continues to be a favorite. I've recommended it to many friends, and for my family, it is a classic!

Summary: Great Comedy
Review: This is one of my favorite comedies. Peter Sellers is one of the very best physical comedians ever. Some think it is slow, but I love the attention to detail. Of course this is a hands down five star flick when one's funny bone is assisted by delightful libation or herbal treat.

Summary: Very funny movie that goes on about 15-20 min. too long
Review: This is a must for all Sellers and comedy fans. (Also. anyone into Austin Powers would like this.) The prologue is outstanding, as is the first half of the "party". Really great stuff. Movie wears out later on, with some ridiculous elements brought in that just don't work. Worth it just for the first 2/3, though; a comedy master at his peak.

Summary: It was more funny in my memory than in reality
Review: I remember this movie from a long time ago when I thought it was really great. So now I bought it thru Amazon. Sellers is fantastic and some of the scenes are hilaric; you can be sure that Rowan Atkinson has seen this movie a couple of times. But I also noticed that this movie is a little bit on the slow side, which is not a surprise, after all it's more than 30 years old. The Party gets out of hand in the end, and I must say that I find that end not funny at all. All in all,I am now a little bit dissappointed, my fond memory of this movie is gone. I will however definitely keep this Video as a momentum of the great 60's, the costumes, the dancing style and of course some of the best moments of the great Peter Sellers.

Summary: One of his best!
Review: I've watched this video over and over again -- and I just can't stop laughing each time. Peter Sellers is one of the best comedians and, in my opinion, this is 'one' of his best films. The scene in the bathroom is priceless, especially the non-stop toilet paper roller. If you don't have this film, buy it now -- you won't regret it for one minute!
