Review: To all you people in America that think Australia are backstabbers...you're wrong! :) The scandal about the Bands being sacked from performing at the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games, that you heard about may have made you think that Australia and its people are backstabbers!! well i would like to say that its the people such as Michael Knight (who is in charge of the olympic games) are the ones who made the wrong decision about sacking the bands!! this just proves how they cannot handle the Games!! i just don't want anyone to think that Australia is not capable of holding the olympic games!! :)

Summary: Timeless Classic!
Review: Simply, one of the greatest films ever made! Errol Flynn isthe consummate Robin Hood, charming, dashing, witty, athletic, andspeaks with an English accent! The colors on the laserdisc version are vibrant and striking, I'm so glad they didn't film it in B&W. Anyway, my children and I never get tired of watching this wonderful classic.

Review: I love this movie too much to be put into words. This portrayal of Robin Hood is the one I love best. He's practically perfect in every way. He's romantic, charming, has a great sense of humor, he helps the poor and overthrows the bad, you get the picture. So get the video!! It is such a classic. You don't want to miss it. It's filled with suspense, romance, humor, and the good-old fashioned tale of Robin Hood.

Review: After that heading, there isn't much more to say, but I will anyhow. Errol is the greatest Robin Hood ever -- so much so that you wonder if he isn't the great "Hood" reincarnated. I have been watching this movie since I was a child, before the days of cable, when you'd be lucky to catch the movie once a year on a local station. Watch it with your kids, watch it with your parents. Get into it! You will love it, I promise.

Review: I agree with the reviewer who is eagerly awaiting the DVD release. I have this on laser, and if the quality is any more superb on DVD, I will be in heaven. This is a great classic film, the best of its genre, and definitely the standard to which all action/adventure films should be held. Beautiful photography, great dialogue, a spirited and engaging cast...and the greatest adventure hero of them all, Errol Flynn. It is a damn shame this film did not the American Film Institute's list of the 100 greatest films of the last 100 years. How could it not?
