Summary: Dark Angel DVD is a must have!
Review: I think Dark Angel is one of the best tv series ever created. Too bad FOX decided to cancel it. This series have everything in it, that includes romance, butt-kicking-action and humour.

Review: From the 2 seasons I think this is the best, and even when postproduction (you sometimes can watch the wires) of this show isnt as good as it should have been the idea works...

this show is now available in japan (season 1 and 2), it's a shame that [...] is only in japanesse.

Summary: Dark Angel
Review: Dark Angel, I believe is the best series in the world! The writers of Season one have a lot of talent under their sleeves, pairing up Max (Jessica Alba) and Logan (Michael Weatherly). The story just makes you keep watching over and over again! This show has also taught me a few things like, don't be so obsessed in what people think of you, basically taught me to have more self esteem and some things about love. Jessica Alba and her character are also great role models for girls. Check out the series if you already haven't and I promise that you'll love it!
Peace. Out.

Summary: simply superb
Review: i love dark angel. This is the worse of the two seasons but is still really really good. I think it is an amazing story and goes way ahead of buffy and angel and especially of that terrible series alias

Summary: FOX SHOULD SOME HOW RESURRECT DARK ANGEL!!
Review: 22 50 minute episodes

SF elementsescaped teenage super-soldiers

In a USA brought to its economic knees by an EMP, Max, a sulky teenage thief, breaks into Logan's apartment to steal valuables, and is caught. So starts a strange friendship: Max is a mutant super-soldier on the run from the secret Manticore base, while Logan is a rich playboy who just happens to be "Eyes Only", intent on bringing the bad guys to justice. Logan gradually gets Max to realise she can help people too. But the danger of being caught by Manticore is never far away.

This is fun, in a grungy, post-apocalyptic sort of way. A variety of plot-lines means the Manticore conspiracy is only one of many sub-plots (although it grows towards the end of season finale). We meet an interesting bunch of characters, mainly through Max's day job as a bicycle courier, and Max herself makes an interesting truculent super-hero. And although a running theme is about how one should use ones abilities to Do Good.

Summary: I want to like this show..
Review: Jessica Alba was doing grl power way before Jennifer Garner and she is cuter, post apocapyptic Sci Fi should be a slamdunk and wow - 6 DVD's in Season 1 so you can't say they didnt get a chance to get this right - BUT, i just can't get into it, is it the acting, the narrative, the basic premise of the show? beats me, but its missing pretty much everything that makes for a good dramatic or comedic series, and it does try to do both. If I could draw one parallel from the cinema, its Tank Girl - its got a modicum of style, a painfully offbeat demeanor, no substance and a grandiose vision, but Tankgirl was over in a couple of hours - did i mention Season 1 was on 6 discs? I wish Jessica lots of luck whatever she's doing right now because she is talented but this was not a good showcase for her and if you listen to the director's commentary you will conclude that talent was not overabudnant at every level of Dark Angel.
