Review: I'm a sex and city addict, and there ain't nothin' I can do about it.I may be thirteen, and not know anything about dating and sex,but the show goes beyond that, because there's something for everyone here!!It may be hip, and highly stylized, but you can't deny that there's ,lots of craft and heart at the core.First off, the performances and characters are outstanding.I think there's a Charlotte,Carrie,Miranda, and Samantha in all of us!!Charlotte's the most clean-cut,conservative, and girly of them all.Miranda's straightforward,logical,and quick-tempered.Samantha's a slut, but a totally lovable slut.And Carrie' our main character, is just Carrie.But the one thing that all these ladies have in common is that at the core of them all, lies a big heart, and they're truly best friends.I think all women and girls would wish to have such an amazingly tight group of friends!!The other thing which I just love about these characters, is how they're not just one-dimensional.Throughout the show, you see different sides of each of these women, which makes them seem more like REAL people.The dialougue is always cutting edge, whether it be funny, or dramatic.The twists and the plot of each episode makes you forget how good the episode you just watched before was-they're all sooo freakin' good.I have 4 seasons, and I urge evryone to go out and start piling up on the seasons, whether you be man or woman.The thing about this show, is that there is true emotion in it. I mean, the relationships between the people are soo real.For example when Big left Carrie, I CRIED.when's the last time you cried while watching a break-up???I cried because you see this relationship, and you see how happy they are together, how Carrie gives him her absolute all, and to see this fall apart is almost like watching a REAL relationship fall apart.It just breaks your heart.I love what Carrie says when Big leaves her "I had untied myself from the pain, from the exquisite pain, which had made me feel so good for all this time. And now I was free. Except, there was nothing exquisite about it".This show is heartwarming,hilarious,and just plain awesome.Some of the stuff that goes on in there may not always be close to life,but the life the characters add to it is unshakeable.

Summary: Considerably Better Than The First Season
Review: The SATC second season episodes, from a sitcom standpoint, were much better than those of the comparably bland first season. The theme of the show is recreational sex...Sex And The City is an amusing fantasy show, but it isn't grounded in reality and should in no way serve as a standard for anyone who wants to live an honorable life.

Review: I was so excited to see this set as soon as I finished the first season...I never watched them on HBO...but I picked up the first season at a garage sale of all places and fell in love....This is the continuing story of Carrie and her friends and their lives in New York City!

Summary: Hip and Stylish!
Review: We don't get HBO so someone let me borrow her season 2 and 3 DVDs but let someone borrow her season 1 DVDs and hopefully will get them back soon. I watched season 2 and I liked it a lot and I like all of the actors but my favorites are Cynthia Nixon and Sarah Jessica Parker. I see some reviewers don't like Sex and the City becasue of it's sexual content and I myself am usually a pretty conservative gal when it comes to sexual content in movies and TV shows but I really liked watching it, I admit there was one thing in one show that wasn't my cup of tea but it didn't stop me from watching the rest of the shows and liking them and I really like how Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie sounds like she is talking to the viewer when she is talking about different things in her and her friends lives, I think that's pretty cool! I also really like it when Chris Noth is in a show playing Mr. Big, he is a great actor and so good looking too. I highly recommend this second season set, it's funny, hip, clever, etc. I'm now watching the third season DVDs and hopefully the first season DVDs will be returned soon and I can borow them but I will definitely rent it if I have too because this hip, stylish show is so worth it!

Review: A Friend recommended it to me, and all she said was: It's a about 4 thirty-something women who have "allot" of very interesting Sex. So I decided to check it out. And this is what happened: I bought season one and watched the whole thing in 1 Day!!!! I just coulnd't stop, was so currious to see what happens next. So if you're not sure about this one, give it a try. But carefull, cant stop if you start!

Review: I LOVE THIS SHOW MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE ON TELEVISION I OWN EVERY SEASON ON VHS I BUY THEM A SOON AS THEY ARE RELEASED ON DVD.EVERY CHARACTER IS SO LOVEABLE MY FAVORITE IS SAMANTHA.BUT I LOVE ALL THE OTHERS TOO SAMANTHAIS JUST OUT THERE HILARIOUS.THIS IS ANOTHER AMAZING SEASON LOOK FOR SEASON 4 IT'S DUE OUT ON MAY 20th,2003.

Review: Most relationship books, movies (DVDs) are pure fantasy; i.e. how things should be, however, Sex & The City hits the target. As the author of From the First Date to the Bedroom--The Single Man's Guide to Success With Women, I love it whenever some of the lines/scenes could be taken from my book. If you don't get HBO and want real info about the dating and mating game--take a gander at Sex & the City!

Review: This is a damn witty show. My fiancee loves it and I buy here the series periodically. You would think this show is slow as hell, but it is pretty funny, honest and insightful. Anyway, it is better than renting Glitter, that's for sure! If you are looking for a great gift for your lady or close lady friend, this is a great idea.
