Summary: Cowboy Bebop - The Perfect Sessions (Limited Edition Complet
Review: At first glance $30.00 looks like a great deal. The only sacrifice is that they squeez all the episodes on to 3 discs. OK, I can live with that. What they dont tell you is the sound and picture are very poor quality. I've rented the normal six disc set and was blown away by the incredible video transfer and awsom sound. On The Perfect Sessions (Limited Edition Complete Series Boxed Set) the video looks like it was transfered from VHS(mucho video artifacts and fuzzy picture) and the sound is Pro-Logic(only the menu is in Dolby Digital not the program). WHY?!!!
Don't waist your money like I did. Just shell out the rest of the money and get the real thing "Cowboy Bebop Complete Sessions Collection" and not a bootleg quality copy.

Summary: The opening sequence will suck you in...
Review: I watch alot of tv. So saying that cowboy bebop is one (if not the) greatest show i've ever seen is saying alot.

But a couple years ago I saw "Ballad of Falling Angels" for the first time and have been a fan of the series every since. The character development, music, plot, just the feel of it is superb. The world that's been created for bebop will draw you in slowly until you feel as if your apart of this future. Cowboy Bebop seems to have connected strongly with american audiences, and the appeal is international. There are no lame jokes that only japanese audiences will get a laugh out of, the humor is genuine and the action scenes are amazing.

I just can't say enough about how good this show is. Don't ignore it just because it's drawn, I recommend this show to any fan of action shows and hopefully you don't mind that it's animated. Anime fans and non anime fans will fall in love with Cowboy Bebop. I did.

A run away perfect score 5/5

Summary: the best
Review: as far as anime series go, this is one that ALMOST warrants the painful price (nearly one hundred dollars for a cartoon, go figure). fortunately, my friend paid the money - and I watch for free. and I must say, I'm impressed, very, very impressed.

Summary: The 2nd best anime show
Review: Good day, I never even heard of anime untill my best friend introduced it to me.The best is Ruruoni Kenshin hands up. I have to say that any one who likes anime or has never even seen a show watch this. Even those who say cartoons are for kids cause those people are wrong.

Summary: A series better and more relevant than any other anime
Review: I own the Bebop movie and I have been watching the series on Cartoon Network from session 1 for the last two weeks. I have only seen the first 9 sessions, but it becomes clear after only one episode that this series is very special and very unique. This show is more relevant, realistic (while still including elements of science fiction), and fantastic than any other anime (and most other animated or live action shows) that I have watched. This is animation approaching the level of art rather than entertainment. This is one of the best examples of how animation can be used as a tool to tell amazing stories that could not be told with live action story telling. This is a show that western audiences should enjoy whether they enjoy other anime or not. Anyone who enjoys drama, action, comedy, or visual entertainment in any form should check this out. This is a show like the Simpsons in that it works on several different levels. It can be enjoyed superficially, or you can analyze it a little deeper and search for the meaning behind each episode as well as the overall meaning that seems to be stretching across the entire series. I dread watching the final two episodes and knowing that the series had ended. I know I'll miss the characters when that happens. Tune into Cartoon Network and check it out. Or buy this set. Either way I'm sure you'll be happy you did.

Summary: How to write this without sounding like everyone else?
Review: As for the series itself, I'll just say it is the greatest series I've seen yet, in so many ways. The entire show seems like some kind of tribute to several pop culture and media people and films, but beyond that, it also has a plot and characters that seem unique to its own. Somewhat postmodernist in it's display, it's still easy enough to pick up and watch.

The music is PHENOMENAL. I've never seen such well done music for any kind of cartoon series, let alone an anime. The English dubbing for Bebop is also decent, because it looks like they took time to make the animated lips of the speakers match or synchronize well with that of English dialogue. Normally I prefer subtitles, but this dubbing made the series stand out for me, aside from the music.

Anyway, all in all, if you want to see something that's anime yet less wacked out like most of what's out there, try bebop. You won't be disappointed if you watch it all. Nothing is casually thrown into this series and every action, character, and event seems to have a meaning and a purpose on a level above mere fan-service.

The only thing about it that may bore some people is the lack of stupid animation as seen in such laughable series as Trigun. Trigun, while good, is nothing compared to bebop. It tries, makes a few good points, then spazzes out, much like it's main character. But that's not for this review ;-)

Try this series. You'll enjoy at least some aspect of it.

Summary: BEST! Thats all there is to it!
Review: Cowboy Bebop is "The" BEST Anime EVER, well... for me the BEST out of all of the shows in the world. I would write what I have to say about it, but that would equal up to 2 or 3 Summeries. But anyway I LOVE it SO... much I can't describe it really. For anyone who likes to watch Anime or even a any type of Show must go buy it! Buy the Movie along with it, cause I would say it is just about the Best Movie in my eyes and maybe yours to. Bye now.

Summary: BEST FREAKIN ANIME IVE EVER SEEN!!!
Review: I absolutely love Cowboy Bebop. All the episodes had a cool plot and the overall story kicked so much [edited]!!!All the characters had a dark history but the series still had a whole bunch of comical scenes. The soundtrack of it was so original too and unique.I loved the spaceship scenes, car chases, gunfights, martial arts etc.!!! One thing the series really had was drama that actually worked and wasnt ridicuously overdone. The story is about three bounty hunters Spike,Jet,Fei and Ed the strange, teenage computer hacker along with their dog(cant remember its name right now)who're trying to get by in the
universe. This really is the best anime ive ever seen and only a [EDITED] fool wouldnt watch it.
