Summary: A Movie if you need a good Laugh
Review: "We are the Knights who say NEE"

This is a Great Comedy you should see it. Who could forget the Knights who say Nee or the Black Knight

Summary: Two thumbs up! Way Up!!
Review: I believe this is probably the best comedy to come out of England. You have to get over the slap-stick mentality and get to the real issue of the movie: PURE FUN! Anyone who has not seen this movie(I find this hard to believe), needs to see this ASAP.

Summary: One of the Best Movies EVER!
Review: This movie is an absolute blast. It is best watched with 1) a few people who have never seen it, and 2) a few people who can quote it line for line. If you love humor, you must get this movie! Ni! Ni!

Summary: Can't-Get-Enough-of-It Masterpiece!!!!!
Review: This is truely the funniest movie I have ever seen! The cast and writers of Monty Python are such genieses to create such hilarious and origional characters. I expecially LOVE the hilarious son of the king! And the knights that guarded him and his castle were just sooo stupid and funny. All of this is in the Story of Sir Lancelot, which are the parts that I could watch over and over again. Nice work, Monty!

Summary: Bad DVD transfer - No better than VHS, maybe worse!
Review: The DVD version looks "dirty", as though it was projected on a screen and then digitally recorded (the center is even brighter than the corners!). I mean, the image is even off-center somewhat. The additional DVD features are limited to a bunch of uninteresting movie trailers. Not worth the extra money over the VHS version. Actually I spotted some digital image glitches like the ones you see on a low-resolution .jpeg, this is in addition to all the flickering crap you see in regular film movies. If you still want it, save some money and buy the VHS version.

Summary: Funniest movie ever? Not really...
Review: Sorry to burst your bubble, all you Monty Python freaks, but this movie was only mildly funny in several places, certainly never "wet-your-pants hilarious." A masterpiece? Come on! I guess this just isn't my type of comedy, or it could be that I saw this on a bus coming home from a camping trip that I hated so much everything seemed bad. Maybe I need to look at it again, but I doubt my opinion will change that much.

Summary: A Great Introduction to the Monty Python Series
Review: The Holy Grail was the second of five Monty Python films and without question the favorite. Among the highlights are the Black Knight- " 'tis but a scratch!" " A scratch?! Your arm's off!" and the Wooden Bunny (think Trojan Horse). Also- the Witch Hunt, which is far too funny to type.. oh, ok- "Well, she turned me into a newt!" "A newt?!" "..I got better..." The ending IS rather abrupt, but the rest of the film compensates for this. Poo on Leonard Maltin for being so harsh. Go watch some more mushy romances, Lenny. For the Black Knight ALWAYS triumphs (even if he is a looney!)

Summary: I laughed my butt off!!!!
Review: When I first saw this movie, it was half way through. So I thought it was so funny, that had to start the DVD all over again. I don't know which part is the funniest. It may be the Knights who say Ni!! or the rude frenchmen, the killer rabbit, or herbert the son "I am ready!!" I recommend it to anyone.
