Summary: A must see! A film full of heart and great sweet laughs!
Review: This is the kind of movie that all ages could see. There is about 2 seconds of nudity but it's really nothing to worry about. There is not a foul word and the music will have you tapping your feet! Some summeries make this sound like a greedy movie. Have no fear, the idea to claim the money comes in a dream, and Jackie (Ian Bannen) does it mostly for the spirit of Ned Divine. You may even shed a tear in the funeral scene. It is truly a heartfelt time. You'll have to buy/rent the movie to see what I mean! I would however reccomend buying the movie in the first place, you're going to end up owning it any way! I write this review in memory of Ian Bannen whom I believe has passed on. Ian, you will be dearly missed!

Summary: Everything British in a movie
Review: Having returned from a trip to Great Britian this past summer, I found in the movie all the things that I loved about the country. The movie is as touching as it is funny and shows that money dose not have to change you. I loved the actors, aspecially Jackies wife. Shure to become a classic.

Summary: A Delight for All Ages
Review: I saw this movie with a friend, and the next day took my teenage kids and my parents (nearing 80)! We all LOVED it. I have recommended this movie to anyone who has asked (and even some who haven't)-- and those who have seen it have thanked me. I'm very fussy about movies and don't laugh easily, but I found this to be a delightful and funny film! I'm giving it for Xmas.

Summary: a wonderful film
Review: This is a wonderful and funny movie with a great sound track. The Irish countryside, the film's setting, is wondeful to behold. The main characters are mischievous, playful, and believable. Several scenes will have you laughing out loud. A few may have you feeling just a little bit tearful. You will be immersed in the action; the film has no dull moments. Unlike many current popular films, this one doesn't have or need sex and violence to maintain your interest. In a playful way, Ned Devine also brings out a few moral conflicts worthy of discussion.

Summary: superb fanasty movie - beautiful Ireland
Review: Nothing is black and white - the solution works. Ireland is beautiful and the sound track is definitely one to own.

Summary: Excellent Antidote to an all-too serious culture
Review: Truly a notworthy film. The premis (as mentioned below) is not to be taken too seriously. It is a light tale that is completly unimaginable, but then, that is what makes it fun. It fulfills everyone's fantasy of one day being, or knowing, a lotto winner. It was a delightful film, both uplifting and spirited.
