Summary: OO7 is BACK!
Review: After years of dealing with voodoo cults, a miniature Oddjob, a steel-toothed giant, female mannequins, and going into space comes a trip down memory lane to the old days of OO7 with movies like Goldfinger, Thunderball, From Russia with Love, and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. For Your Eyes Only is Roger Moore's best film because it went back to the days of Ian Fleming.FYEO has a great villain and several action sequences such as a waterfront raid on a warehouse wich brings back memories of Russia's gypsy camp scene, an awesome ski chase, and a cliffhanging assault on a mountaintop fortress. It also has a well-filmed keelhauling scene which was drawn from Flemings novel Live and Let Die and an entertaining scene at an ice rink were OO7 dispatches some pretty mean hockey players. There is also a suspenseful underwater battle in which Bond fights a man in a giant diving suit with a claw while trying to get the ATAC transmitter. The musical score was beautiful and the song was very good too.The Greek setting was gorgeous.I highly recommend this movie to anyone.

Summary: Great
Review: For Your Eyes Only was Moore's third best movie. It gets beat by The Spy who Loved Me (his best) and A View To a Kill. For Your Eyes Only had a great ski chase. It was the most suspenseful out of all the OO7 films. My favorite scene was when Bond is climbing up the cliff.

Summary: For Your Eyes Only
Review: This was Moore's second best movie. It had agreat ski chase and a suave and sturdy villain.Melina Havelock was a good Bond girl but certainly not the best. The Spy who Loved Me was Moore's best but Octopussy comes close to beating For Your Eyes Only.

Summary: Moore's best
Review: This was a classic OO7 film.It had everything.Better than The Spy who Loved Me.

Summary: One of the best Moore films.
Review: After The Spy Who Loved Me, I would say this is Roger Moore's best movie. It goes back to the old style, like an homage to the On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Goldfinger. It has the best opening scene, bringing back memories of Theresa Bond (his wife) and Blofeld (even though he is credited as Bald Man in Wheel Chair). To any Bond fan or if you are just looking for an action movie, I suggest you buy this.

Summary: Very good
Review: For Your Eyes Only was excellent. It is suprisingly similar to The Spy Who Loved Me,Moore's third outing. For Your Eyes Only was one of those OO7 films that had it all,as did The Spy Who Loved Me. Let's see how it to compares to The Spy Who Loved Me. Girls:FYEO:4,TSWLM:5 Action:FYEO:5,TSWLM:5 Settings:FYEO:5,TSWLM:5 Villain:FYEO:3,TSWLM:4 Plot:FYEO:4,TSWLM:4 Music:FYEO:4,TSWLM:5 Though The Spy Who Loved Me got a higher score on that comparison, those two movies really are equal. I suggest you buy it.

Summary: One of the best 007 films and definitely Moore's best
Review: This is Roger Moore's best 007 movie and it is one of the best of the series. Finally, Moore gets rid of his smugness and becomes serious as 007. I think that Carole Bouquet is stunningly beautiful and she is one of the best Bond girls. The pacing of the movie is really great -- there does not seem to be any slow moments in the film. There are great ski chases and underwater action sequences. The stunt work is really outstanding as well. As Kristatos, Julian Glover makes for a good sophisticated villain, and his henchman (Locque and Kriegler) are menacing and dangerous. This entry is one of my favorites alongside "Goldfinger" and "Tomorrow Never Dies." I highly recommend it!

Summary: Solid Showing
Review: One of the most solid all round Bond films. Another good performance from Roger Moore(one of his best) and this helps his claim to the title of The Best Bond. Good action Sequences. Slightly unbelivable in parts but still some of the best of the Roger Moore era. Julian Glover plays the lead vilian Aris Kristartos and is the most carismatic and charming bond vilian but is backed up by a poor secondary vilian in Erik Kreigler. Good bond girl in Melina Havelock but she dosn't have much to say thats interesting really.Backed up with an OK score from Bill Conte
